Jimmy did a great job of giving me the information I needed to select a generator for my home. He was professional and friendly and patient. The Bacon company has a lot to offer if he is an example of their field worker. If I can get the generator I'm seeking they will be one of my clear choices for installation. I also may become a member of their affiliate company for future services.

Mr. Holiday did an awesome job. He was very friendly and professional. He explained how I could get my smoke detectors updated and the other service to save me money. Good job 👏 and I would recommend this company to family and friends because of Jimmy awesome job!

Alex was very helpful. He helped us navigate fixing our gas leak/carbon monoxide issues. He was very honest in all of his recommendations and pricing & was very friendly and personable as well. He is very skilled in plumbing and was able to accurately identify and fix the issues

Dale came out to take a look at HVAC related concerns I had after a new home purchase. He did an awesome job of educating me on my entire system, as well as giving me a clear understanding of the issues I was experiencing, the possible causes, and options to resolve them. He was very personable and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

I’ve had interactions with at least 3 different techs at Bacon. They are always polite and quick at their work. They’ve worked with me every time to help me find the best deal for small jobs and large ones. They communicate great via text and email, and there is always a friendly person answering the phone to help you get where you need to be. They work quickly and efficiently and do an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards.

Experience was exceptional and we would love having Jeff Butcher as our guy! He was innovative and educational! We learned so much about our plumbing and so much more about our home. We 💖 Bacon and really enjoy all they offer with their friends and family program! We highly recommend the amazing team at Bacon!

Kevin did a great job. Seemrd to be very knowledgeable about fixing our issues. He did check all the other stuff and recommend things that needed to be repair. Attached for a diffferent skill leveled person to come out on Monday.

We have a membership with Bacon and they have been wonderful. Camden came out to check our AC/heating units and took great care to explain everything he found in a clear professional way that made me feel like he was just sharing his expertise, not pushing or upselling. He even offered to call my husband and explain things again.

Bacon did a great job setting us up with our technician Alex! We had lots and lots of questions throughout the process that he could not have been more patient with us in answering and making sure we were comfortable and up to speed with all that was going on with our gas issue. He followed up with us to make sure everything held up and was working properly. He did an exemplary job solving our issue and was so kind while he did it.

Jonathan was the technician who installed our new shower head and he did an excellent job. He came the same day I called and finished the next day. I am beyond pleased! What a nice guy. He really knows his stuff. I highly recommend Bacon.
