Jimmy H was incredible. He went above and beyond to serve my wife and me. He fixed our fan that we had been struggling with for weeks, in 10 minutes. He took the time to explain everything he would do before the repair, then completed the repair perfectly, and EVEN put the fan housing in. I have never been so thrilled with the level of customer service like I have with Jimmy. Don’t forget about the other man in the truck with him, he figured out a key problem! Thank you both.

Dale Ladd did a great job of inspecting the heating system. He was knowledgable and explained the options clearly. No pushy sales. Very friendly and engaging with the whole family.

Rating is solely based on addressing the problem I initially called about which is lack of hot water from bathroom sink faucet. Technician estimate is for replacing a shower head which is not the problem. Issue still exists and I will need to call another company and start over on diagnosing the sink faucet.

I had a tech come out and make a failed attempt to fix my garbage disposal. After a lack luster attempt I was offered the price for a new disposal install… 500.00 plus. I decline his offer and went to the internet. I took a simple household flathead screw driver and within SECONDS the unit was rotating and spinning freely. Looks as thought this was a scheme to have me buy a new unit. No effort was made to fix my problem just to sell me one of your products. I’m very disappointed and I will let the internet know that this company is not trustworthy.

Kyle was the absolute best! He was punctual, and extremely knowledgeable in terms of some things that we needed to take care of as homeowners outside of what I reached out to them for.
Although we did not do business this time, I will definitely keep Bacon in mind for future business, as well as any referrals I can send their way!

Dale was extremely informative on explaining how my hvac works. He was polite and my dog Rags instantly fell in love with him. Dales ability to explain and inform on a level I can understand is unmatched to prior companies that I have dealt with in the past. He has made a bacon fan for life. Antony came by for his second visit to install a UV light in my HVAC system. As before, he was prompt and professional. The respect he showed the moment he stepped in out home by covering his feet and getting straight to work was greatly appreciate. I've been a member of the Bacon family plan for over a year--well worth it.

My wife was supposed to contact Baker Brothers to come out to check on our Air conditioner. She contacted Bacon plumbing heating and electric by mistake. And I’m so glad she did! Anthony was our first technician and he was so thorough and explained everything in terms we could understand. I had some questions about some future work I wanted to have done and he took the time to look at that and give me an estimate. Not once did I feel I was being sold on something I didn’t need. He was outstanding We had a second technician come out to check our water heaters and had the exact same experience that I had with Anthony. We are on their maintenance contract and I feel very comfortable knowing that we will be taken care of by Bacon plumbing, heating air, and electric.

Smart plumbers with a good attitude. I’ve had more experience than I ever imagined with a particularly challenging property so had a front row seat for plumbing issues from faucet and tub fixture installs to a slab leak and watermain problem. What i appreciated the most was the total support of Bacon when issues arose. Jacob was phenomenal as the guy on the ground tasked with solving every new issue. I’ve dealt with my share of plumbers and I’ll rank him my favorite both for his intimate knowledge of a wide range of issues but his good natured personality as well. Bacon also stood up to solve a couple issues they owned and it’s no surprise they have the A+rating with BBB. Fair pricing, competent plumbers and a good attitude. Why would you call anyone but Bacon? I won’t.
