We called Circle E with an urgent plumbing issue. They came out right away. James C., our tech, was great! He was very prompt, courteous and professional! He resolved our problem and we would highly recommend James and Circle E!!

Called Circle-E on an electrical issue that the lights in the family room didn't work. JEFF came out, and within a half hour had the problem was isolated to a switch wire. JEFF replaced the switch and reconnected the wires that came loose and back in working order in an hour.

I’m the manager of an Anytime Fitness in Arlington and Roman Decapaz is always a great help! Everytime he comes out, he lets me know what he’s checking and then after he is done he lets me know what he did so I can stay in the loop which I like! Super helpful about getting things running!

We had an issue with 2 drains in our restaurant. We reached out to Circle E about 8:30pm Thursday evening non emergency and they responded Friday about 2pm. The techs name is Art. A very professional individual. Introduced himself asked some questions and got right to work. About an hour later the issue was solved. Drains work great. Art mopped the floors and cleaned everything. Circle E should be very proud to have Art working for them.

Chris Galindo was a life saver. Our original contractor had another sub come in and wired up our new breakroom completely wrong and not to code. Chris came in, ripped it all out and got it done right in 4 days. He even worked Saturday and Sunday to make sure our work was not delayed. Such good service!

Art - did a great job over the two days of working on a sewer clog issue at our office lease space. He was very communicative and provided constant updates on the status and ETA for possible completion. He maintained a clean project and left the areas clean as if he was never there. Very professionally done by a great plumber.

James did an amazing job with replacing a hose underneath our bathroom sink. We had a difficult situation with the replacement where he may have had to break down a wall to fix an issue, however James found another solution without having to do it. We are so grateful that James and his team didn't. I would definitely recommend this company! 😃

I was having electrical issues in my bakery. I had heard of Circle E through the Greater Arlington Chamber of Commerce. They got a tech out to the shop in about an hour. Joseph was able to get me up and running in a few hours and we had taken enough measures with our supplies that our losses were very minimal. I needed help in a hurry and Circle E delivered. We love Circle E! We call them when we have any issues with plumbing for our restaurant in Plano TX. Jake is literally the best! He responds very fast and all of his work is phenomenal. He listens to any concerns we have and he repairs it all 100%. We have never had to call back and say that something is not correct whenever Circle E takes care of us. Shelby and Christina(the dispatchers) are wonderful and extremely helpful. They get all of the information at one time so you don’t have to receive more phone calls asking about what’s wrong etc. which is very nice when you’re working in a busy restaurant. The whole team is great, but we cannot thank Jake, Shelby and Christina enough! :)

What a bright light of service and knowledge Mario was when he came to our home to take care of our HVAC. He knew his 'stuff' and communicated it well. He perfectly informed and advised us and wasn't simply seeking to sell us something. Advise and information was just what the doctor ordered. I welcome Circle-E and will recommend them to my clients.
