Cody just left my house this morning and corrected another plumber's work by repairing the wax seal on my toilet. My toilet was lifted due to foundation repairs on my one story house. Cody took on the challenge of the repair and treated my issue like he would a two story upstairs toilet. Not only was he fast, courteous, and efficient, he was innovative and resilient. He saw the issue and found a solution. Then he also cleaned the worksite and did not leave a mess. Also, kudos to Megan at the home office, who always called back - was also courteous, and polite and answered all of my questions as well. I cannot give them enough props. Also, they both keep promises and called, emailed, and texted me on the arrival times and kept me informed every step of the way. Thank you Lone Star for your excellent employees and service!

Kevin and his associate Matt were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They listened to my problem, snaked and scoped the main line, and showed me the issue on the camera screen. Where they go above and beyond is in professionalism. They were sincerely polite, thorough, and fully answered all of my questions. Timeliness and efficiency were excellent both on the job and prior to arrival. I was told they would call between 0800-0900 with an ETA window, and they did. They gave an ETA window of 0830-0900, and they showed up on time. Being able to track their location online was a nice touch too. While here, they managed their time well, and I never felt like the job was rushed. Their proficiency, efficiency, and communication skills instill trust and confidence, and I would absolutely recommend them to a friend/neighbor for plumbing repairs.

I don't know how this company has a 4.2 star Google rating. Went to Home Depot and bought a dishwasher. Installers came and found the water supply line to dishwasher to be leaking. Here comes this company to repair or replace leaking valve. All plumber Nick did was cap off leaky valve and put extension hose on a line that doesn't need it. So, I call plumber to complain and all I got was some lip service from Megan that she would have Nick call me. Well I called them when they opened and now it's after lunch. No call yet. My next call is to Home Depot to suggest that they are removed from their vendor list due to them just trying to do nothing and get paid for it. Megan, if you read this, take this to heart because you may soon be without a job or company if you keep treating customers like you do. Anyone that reads this, word of caution, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I requested service through American Home Shield and they scheduled us with Lone Star Water Services. I was extremely impressed with the office staff who contacted me as well as the technician who came out. James had arrived at the very beginning of the service window and have the problem resolved very quickly. Additionally, James offered advice on how to prevent future Main Line stoppages as well as how to troubleshoot them. I will definitely be using that again whether or not we go through Home Warranty. Thank you for amazing service, James!!!

I had a broken garbage disposal and now I don't. The technicians were super nice, did their job quickly and were on time. When I called they gave me an estimate over the phone( most places won't and make you wait for a person to come out) and I scheduled the repair for the next day. All around awesome experience, I'll be using them in the future from now on.

Lone Star repaired a cold water leak. Very satisfied with the service I received, from the time I got the estimate, till the work was completed. Paul (the technician) did a awesome job, and was very detail from the beginning to the end, left the work area nice and clean. Professional, reasonable pricing, and on-time. Shout out to Megan as well for answering and completing my request, in a quick efficient, and professional manner, I will definately use Lone Star in the future for plumbing issues. Thanks again.

This is the second time that I've used Lone Star Water Services, and I have to say the second time I've been impressed by them! The technicians have been very punctual and good about telling you when they're coming. They get in, do the job well and get out with friendly service. I will definitely be calling them again in the future if anymore of my plumbing breaks!

Lone Star came out in response to our America Home Shield claim and they were fantastic. We had an unusual problem of hot water coming out our cold taps. Two other plumbing companies were stumped and declined to even try, but not Lone star. They worked for two days diagnosing and trying different solutions. They never once complained or treated us differently then a typical client. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and dedication to completing the job. Both Kevin and Jose were great to work with and did a wonderful job. Thanks again guys.

Absolutely hands down the best plumbing company we have ever used! We have used Lone Star twice now for installations and both times were left beyond satisfied with the service and the people - the company as a whole! Friendly-knowledgeable and professional! Would not go anywhere else! They've earned lifelong customers!

I had an issue with my tankless water heater back in January. Lone Star was called out through American Home Shield. After two visits over two weeks they came to the conclusion that the unit needed to be replaced. Took about a month to replace the unit and when I would call to get an update Megan just gave me the run around. Other reviews were right, she will tell you what you want to hear just to get you off the phone. First she said she ordered a State water heater, then a week later she said it was supposed to be delivered to her house, then another week later she couldn’t find it and then finally a week later she called and scheduled an appointment for installation. Day of installation we did not get the brand we were told, not that big of a deal, installation took less than 20 minutes even though we were told by Megan it would take 1 hour to 3 hours. I left work and on my way home when my son called and said they were done and they had left...talk about fast installation, just wish it was done right. They charged me $935 for work they did not do, no new pipes or hoses even though I was charged for that. When I asked Megan about the charges for work that was not done she pretended to care but just blew it off. It did take a few days to get an itemized invoice and I had to ask 3 different people before one was sent to me. Later that night went to take a shower and no hot water. Went into the garage where the unit is and my garage smelled of gas. Called the next morning and they came out that same day and realized that they did not fit the correct vent that vents outside of the house. They replaced that with a huge hideous monstrosity that just sticks out of the side of my house. AND the new installation did not pass city inspection but of course never heard from Lone Star regarding that. Now, beginning of August had issues with the water heater again. Called AHS and asked for someone other than Lone Star to be called out but unfortunately the manufacturer will only honor the warranty of the unit if the company who installed it works on it. Now another nightmare situation with Lone Star. Kevin came out on August 4th and Nick’s been out 3 times and it is now September 11th and my water heater is still not working. Took one week to get the first replacement part in and took 3 weeks to get another replacement part in. I’m not sure if that’s the manufacturer or Lone Star but I will say that if roles were reversed they would not see this as acceptable. Kevin was very nice and did his best to help on that first visit and Nick has been nothing but nice and I will request him every time. I just hope your experience with Lone Star is better than mine!

Lone Star Water Services just saved my weekend, and resolved my issue in no time! I can’t say enough thanks to Kevin and Jose, and special thanks to Megan for squeezing in my appointment on a day where all their technicians were already fully booked out. That’s going out of your way and putting your customers first!! Honestly one of the best and quickest experiences with home repair service in my life, when I truly needed it!!

After realizing we needed a water softener and having no previous experience with this technology, we contacted a few big name brand companies. Let's say we were shocked at the cost of salt units. Thankfully we contacted Lone Star Plumbing and Water. Not only was the unit they installed a fraction of the cost, the installation, customer education and service were top top notch. Thanks Dustin and Jarrod for a job well done, on time, as promised!

Had a water heater installed by someone else. The pipe burst and couldn’t get hold the plumber that installed it. Called Lone Star Plumbing and they came out, fixed the pipe and the fee was much less than I had expected. Very prompt and friendly. I would highly recommend them.

Monday 2/10/25 I called Lone Star to have my leak above my water meter fixed. Cody and Joseph were there within a couple of hours, saw the leak and immediately dug the pipe up, repaired it and tested for any leaks......Great job!!! They were very professional and knowledgeable, and the cost was well below my expectations. I highly recommend Lone Star Plumbing for your Plumbing needs!!
The next day I had different issues with the inside plumbing, once again Cody and Joseph came out even earlier than expected and fixed 2 different issues...GREAT JOB!! ONCE AGAIN I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LONESTAR PLUMBING

When I developed a slab leak I interviewed 5 plumbing companies to assess my situation. A couple of them didn’t even accurately determine how to fix the problem which would have left me with more expenses and headaches. This company strives to provide quick and professional service. They were always honest and upfront with me and I never felt like anyone was trying to take advantage of me. They had to dig a 13 foot tunnel to get to the leak and their excavators were also excellent. I highly recommend them!

I own a bakery and our main refrigerator in our kitchen wasn't cooling. I called Circle E and they had Roman out the next morning to get us up and running again. I have used them multiple times on our refrigerators and each and every time they come out quickly and get us up and running again. Being a bakery, we depend on our refrigerators and ovens working properly and Roman always takes good care of us.

Jeremy was timely, efficient, and resolved our cement grinding code enforcements. He was flexible with unforeseen circumstances, respectful, and did immaculate work. We definitely recommend.

Chris Galindo, master electrician did a great job installing my EV charger! He was polite and professional. He was very neat, cleaning up his work area and explained the work he did. I am very satisfied.
