Klee was a pleasure to deal with. He helped us figure out we needed a new kitchen faucet. We ran and got an new one while he dismantled the old one. Klee was friendly, knowledgeable and very competent in his work. Benjamin Franklin just got a new customer.

Let's start with how amazing the Customer Service personal that I spoke with on the phone to book my appointment. She took the time to listen to my concern, understood that I needed someone this evening and was able to get someone out. Then the service personal they sent (after hours) was amazing, took his time to explain everything wrong with the Aqua booster/water heater. Then took his time to make the repair, to show us the repair was complered. Thank you Gio and Thank you to your coworker! *I didn't caught her name due I was so worried at the time of my call*

I rang them in the morning and by 1p my issue was resolved. They all were professional and personable from the phone call, to the plumber who arrived at my home. I'd highly recommend.

I had contracted Ben Franklin Plumbing to move my gas line in my kitchen remodel. I was in communication with them for several months on the progress of the work. I scheduled and put a down payment on the job totaling around $3690
and confirmed a date and time. I received 10 reminders of the appointment time and date and on the day of nobody showed up. This is even after I had a text notification that the plumber was on the way at 8 am. After 4 hours of waiting I called the office. They then rescheduled the work for the following day. I had to call another company to dig the trench Ben Franklin had said they would do and never showed up. The other contractors worked until 9 pm digging my trench with the intention of Ben Franklin finishing the plumbing. The next day Ben Franklin came out and told me that they cannot do the work for the price agreed upon in the original quote and left me high and dry with a shrug of their shoulders and a “sorry.” Still waiting on my down payment to be reimbursed but this will take 3-5 business days. I would never recommend this company to anyone asking and cannot believe their lack of integrity. Photo below on where the work was at when they left me high and dry.

Justin was amazing, that man can PLUMBBBB! He was so respectful and sweet the whole time. He communicated everything he did and explained it all so we understood what was happening. We will for sure be requesting him for all our plumbing from now on!

Keon has been great! Explaining everything to me through all the steps. Found the leak fast and replaced the gasket. Explained that there could possibly still be a leak from the screw. He did what he could to make sure the screw were tighted up. And explained that again, if it still leaked it could be the pipe that is very old and needs to be replaced.
I appreciated him taking the time to explain everything to me. Out of 10, I give him a 100. A+ for sure!

Jose went over and above to help us figure out where my house drain cleanouts were located while we waited for the water heater to flush. He didnt have to but did two jobs at once and it is much appreciated! Great job.

This is my first experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and it won’t be my last! I needed two faucets installed for two new vanities in my home. Jason’s 30 years of experience was very evident as he expertly installed the faucets. One bathroom installation was more complicated and he addressed the issues very skillfully.

Today is the third time we've called on the friendly folks at Benjamin Franklin, and I'm sure glad I did. I've used a few plumbers for different jobs over the years, and these guys are quickly becoming a favorite. Always quick, knowledgeable, honest, and competitive on pricing. My drain for the laundry and kitchen has been a constant issue, and thanks to Gio, it's unplugged, and now I know why its been a consistent problem. Most plumbers I've used just want to get the job done and run without answering questions. Plumbing problems aren't exactly fun, but the folks at Ben Franklin make it a lot easier to deal with. I highly recommend!

John, Jacob & Chris were meticulous with their work, detected two gas leaks and even helped us find a few other crazy things! They were able to come out quickly! Highly recommend them!
