We had an issue with our water heater leaking. I called and they promptly sent Skip to diagnose the problem. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed and ready to go with a few hours! We will be calling superior for all of future plumbing and of course be requesting Skip, he was respectful and professional and worked within a reasonable price range.

Jose was great. Bad obstruction to septic tank that was difficult to remove. Jose patiently and skillfully was able to remove the clog. He was also very patient with my questions and took the time to review and provide estimates on some other possible jobs in regards to the bathroom and kitchen. Thanks Jose. Would use Superior Plumbing again!

As a company, I was disappointed with the lack of communication between them and I. I had to call twice. I waied past my 4 hour wait period. And still wanted an extra hour. But once the plumber (skip) got here I was very pleased. He was funny and very professional. He did awesome work.

The technician was very thorough completing inspection and diagnosis of both units. He took his time. He then took the time to review all aspects of repair options. Lastly, we received all quotes in writing via email. I appreciate the technician following up with us a fewvdays later to makecsure we were clear about all options related to repairing or purchasing a new unit.

Called them to come out as an emergency call during a freeze for a burst pipe. Everyone was so nice and empathetic, plumber came out within a couple of hours and got the pipe fixed in no time! Would highly recommend!

Austin came to evaluate a blockage and give us an inspection of our entire plumbing system. His diagnostic equipment was good and along with his obvious experience identified the problem quickly. He showed me on the camera the problems with the sewer pipe and quoted for the repair work while still on site. He and his team is to return to do the work so cant comment on the completed job, but so far I am very happy with the quality of service and his friendly, patience and accomodating personality.

I called at least 5 other plubmers, and Superior said they would come out that day and did. When they arrived the job was done but he called me to let me know he had been there and also gave me a check-up on my father. I live in San Antonio and my father, 88 years, lives alone in Springtown. So it was very nice, thank you. I will recommend Superior Plubming to anyone in need. Thank you again.

Highly recommend. Very impressed with the level of communication, it was automated and accurate. Needed a bad clog removed that I couldn't handle, they scheduled quickly and their system sent me a message when the technician was supposed to arrive along with their photo. Technician showed up right on time.

Skip was great, very knowledgeable and helpful. He detailed the options before beginning and was very careful and considerate of our home and the area he was working in. The area he needed to work in was a bit of a challenge but he stuck with it and was thorough in the work. He tested to make sure everything was working well, and kept the area as clean as possible.

Price was reasonable for the work and was accurately quoted beforehand.

Called Superior A C and Heat. A supervisor actually came out. Snow, sleet, slick spots, and still arrived on time. Even had shoe covers. Wasn’t here long and had hot air again. Yeah !!! Really friendly, professional, knowledgeable. Have used them before . Thankyou so much. We really appreciate all you do.

Great company. Professional service. Tech was running behind, next thing I get a text saying Mason is on his way now. Turns out Mason is the supervisor. Showed him the job and he got to work. I am really impressed on service and professionalism. Finished shower and no leaks. Only plumbing company in my phone now. Highly recommend!!!

Superior A/C and Heating turned out to be a wonderful company. We are pretty new home owners and decided we would take advantage of the free tune up offered since Texas weather is finally starting to get cold again. Glad we did. The service technician, Andy Piccirillo, that came out was very nice and arrived promptly within the time slot given. The tune up service was scheduled same day too...can't beat that. Andy was very thourough with other questions we asked and gave estimates to us prior to finishing up the tune up. They offer so many other service options with plumbing as well. Great to know. We appreciate you Superior A/C and Heat. Look forward to doing business with you in the near future.
