Mr. Hunter was very professional and very polite. He didnt hesitate to answer any of my questions. If I had any other concerns he answered them on the spot. He came out and flushed out my water heater. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing over all is a great place to trust your Plumbing issues. Great job Mr. Hunter.

Great company to work with. I called with a plumbing issue alittle after noon. The person who I was talking to said are you available today between 3 and 5? I didn't expect that. A gentleman by the name of Jacob was my plummer. I told him what all I needed replaced/repaired, which included a leak behind my shower head, replaced one toilet including water shutoff which was unusable. he gives my estimate and explainded everything separately with the price. I agreed and he said "are you available tomorrow" ? Didn't expect that either. He started a little after 9 the next day and was finished around noon.
    Can't say enough about him.
Thank you Benjamin Franklin Plumming, Office staff and Jacob.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Nick Fontenot - Plumber/Field Supervisor came to my home and delivered truly exceptional service. From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly friendly, making the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. He worked with impressive efficiency, getting everything done quickly without cutting corners. What really stood out was his knowledge—he clearly knew exactly what he was doing and took the time to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a personable approach. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nick to anyone looking for top-tier service!

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing always does fantastic work. I can’t recommend them enough — they’ve been my go-to for years now. I’ve never had a service that is so consistently professional, knowledgeable and thorough as they are. The peace of mind and quality of service is worth every penny. Shoutout to Clayton who helped me today!

Chris F. from Benjamin Franklin plumbing has been very patient and informative about the work that needed to be done in our sewer system. He made sure everyone did what they were supposed to do or he came by and took care of it himself. He made sure we had options and skilled people for what they did not do. All in all we are very pleased with the project and its completion.

I needed a new hot water heater. It was a Saturday morning when the old one quit working ( it was 13 years old). Alie came out first & described all the details for getting a new one. He got the parts ordered & within a couple hours Zachery was here & installed the new hot water heater. He had to replace some old valves & bring all connections up the code. He did a great job on the installation. I had a new hot water heater ready to use by that afternoon. All went well & great service with reliable knowledgable technicians.

Lonestar fixed our Noritz Tankless Hot Water heater. They were great except American Home Shield incorrectly reassigned their dispatch to two other companies who didn’t or couldn’t repair these units. This delayed Lonestar from fixing our unit by two weeks. Thanks to Justin Cox their technician he correctly diagnosed the problem, then Megan ordered the parts and Justin returned and installed the replacement parts getting us hot water again after two weeks!

Lone Star (FTW office) sent Kevin and Jose out to our home on 1/10/19 through American Home Shield. Kevin quickly resolved a problem with the toilet that a previous plumber misdiagnosed. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Great work, Kevin and Jose.

Horrible company, stay away. My home warranty sent them to us for a clogged sink drain. They were there under 30 minutes and immeadity "knew" they couldnt unclog it. They wanted to submit to my home warranty to approve more "work". The guys were so unprofessional that they even told my wife, "if your home warranty doesnt approve our request, we can lend you the equiptmen for $200". What the hell, you guys were there to fix my drain issue, not peddle your equiptment.

Where do I begin. My hot water tank went out. It kept reseting, but not blowing the circuit breaker. I am covered by American Home Shield so I contact them. They dispatched Lone Star, and I had my wife take off for the appoint set from 2-6. They called me at 2 something and told me they were running 2 hours behind. I said okay. They called me at 8:30 pm next and asked if I still wanted them to come out, I said yes. 5 people with no hot water since Sunday??? They come out, look at my issue, tell me they have all the parts but the wire but not to worry someone will call me the next day to get me take care of. Okay time ticks by and no one calls me so around 1 pm the next day I call them up. I get Megan. I ask her when someone is going to be out as I took off another day, she tells me that she hasn’t even got authorization or tech doesn’t have the parts. I ask her if she had submitted authorization, she said yes, I said that’s odd because the ac guy did it while he was here and it took 10 mins for me to get a call. I told her I was going to call AHS to confirm. I did, and while I was on the phone with AHS is when Megan submitted it. Not prior, and when she did she claimed I had a power surge. I had an electrician out Monday who said my house electricity was fine and tested everything. The circuit breaker for the hot water never tripped, only the reset button which indicates a bad heating element. I am certain Lonestar knows if they submit it as a power surge AHS will deny the claim. Problem is Lone Star techs didnt do anything but look at the hot water tank in the dark. They were here for 10-15 minutes. I will get a second opinion but just based on my knowledge of homes and the email I have from the electrician a power surge didn’t cause my hot water tank issues. An electrician said this not a plumber. I can provide the email from the certified electrician anytime to Lone Star and AHS. I have asked American Home Shield to remove LSWS as soon as my second plumbing company comes out to look at the hot water tank. If anyone is curious the Electrician AHS provides said the damage to the hot water tank was caused by shorted circuit in on the tank not a power surge. The difference is a power surge isn’t covered by AHS and a shorted tank is covered. The one not covered means I have to pay whatever rate LSWS wants to charge and the one covered by AHS is paid at AHSs flat rate. I advise anyone that is looking for a plumber or has AHS please review LSWSs reviews on here, Yelp and Facebook. It will make your decision easy.

***Just an update, second plumbing group came out, said it was a short at the thermostat. Not a power surge. Replaced everything under warranty in less than 17 minutes. Paul/Cameron aren’t very good at diagnosing issues.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was advised there was a break in my main line and would need to be dug up and repaired. That was the Thursday before Thanksgiving. I specifically advised would need this repair completed before family came into town for Thanksgiving weekend. No call Friday so I left a message. No return call. Left 10+ messages to get a cost and time when they would be back for the repair. NOTHING! No return call, nothing. I went with another company that came out same day and took three days to assess and complete repair. They also got the city to come out and repair their portion of the line beyond the city access point...again, same day. This company has no customer service skills at all whatsoever. Their loss. The other company got my money.

This company was sent to my house by American Home Shield to unclog a sink in my bathroom. They were unable to unclog it with a snake and said they would have to install a "clean out" (not covered by AHS). They told me that it would cost $500. I hired a different plumber do the job for $200. I ended up having to pay Lone Star Water Services a $75 dispatch fee even though they didn't fix anything. Lone Star Water Services is WAY overpriced.....They couldn't even figure out how to get my P-trap to stop leaking. Stay away!

We were referred to them by American Home Shield. The service men arrived promptly, they were very proficient, friendly, and they found a quick problem resolution. Their work was done quick, professional and timely. I will not hesitate to use their services again. Great company!

I was referred to them through American home shield for a rusted out water heater. They came out assessed that we needed a new heater. They returned 4 days later to replace it. Very courteous team that showed up. Additionally they aren't out to make a buck. I thought to upgrade to a tankless water heater, but they recommended against it based on the layout of our house. These folks are legit no BS.

Excellent company; definitely will use next time we need plumbing services. It's been a long time since we've come across someone we can really trust. Have seen a couple of our neighbors use Lonestar also and I know why

Kevin and Matt were awesome! They were polite, professional and efficient. They repaired the wax ring on my toilet in about 40 minutes. I was impressed. Highly recommend this plumbing company.

Justin was very professional during the water heater replacement. Justin knows his codes for each city, knows the inspectors’ tendencies, and does the job right the first time. He’s a model employee. Megan made late evening phone calls to make sure my claim with the warranty company (who was far behind in their approvals) was being processed as quickly as possible.

Both men that came out were very friendly and professional. At first they could not replicate the issue, so we turned on more water and the back up began. They cleared the main drain and think it should be good. He even checked the city main drain to make sure there was not a problem there. Thank you!

Kevin greeted me with a smile. Came in the house and let me tell him all I knew about this old house and crawl the space. He actually was able to get under the house when NO ONE, not even my home inspector, could get under there. The opening is small with a beam dead center the hole. He searched and searched and laid under the house in the water filled space looking and listening for the leak. When he came up he was walking slow, covered in mud, in a black garbage sack. I totally lost it, it was hilarious! Kevin was so nice, very professional, always kept eye contact and explained everything in layman’s terms. He went above and beyond all my expectations and took pics of the pipes under the house to show me. Having anyone come out and do your plumbing is never fun, but Kevin and I did have fun! He found the leak, fixed it, showed me what he did and explained it! The most important thing was that I trusted and believed what he said! He is fantastic!! This is an unsolicited review and I highly recommend this company. If you can ask for Kevin then even better!
