I recently called Team Enoch to help clear out a stuck kitchen sink. It was easy to schedule an appointment and Derek was right on time.Derek was personable and quickly diagnosed the issue and got it resolved. I highly recommend Derek and Team Enoch.

Caleb the technician from Team Enoch showed up on time. The water heater sensor was not working properly as I had no hot water. Caleb knew exactly what the issue was and repaired it quickly and did not leave till I was satisfied. He has 10 yrs experience and has a great attitude. I would recommend Team Enoch and request Caleb.

Brandon was great. He did an excellent job and worked quickly. He showed me videos afterwards of everything that he did. Team Enoch always responds the day of and resolve the issue in an incredibly quick amount of time.

Had 6 fans replaced. One being in our great room with 20 feet ceilings. Two people arrived on time and did an excellent job. Left the rooms spotless and loved all the old fans and boxes into the garage for us.

Tech Derrick was nice and had no issue answering all my questions. Great encounter with this company. I do feel comfortable using again. They didn't try to upsell any service and told us what our options were.

Young man came out at the end of the ice storm he was on time he was professional even cleaned up after he was done. Will definitely use again. I’ve used the Enoch for water heater and AC and plumbing issues already.

They started promptly at 8am. The process was seamlessly meaning we sent in pictures and told them the situation and the gave us a quote based on the information provided by us. Their prices were better than their competitors. They installed a 1 stage Carrier AC/Furnace.

Enoch has been wonderful, I’ve been using them for 2 years and highly recommend. Most recently, one of our outdoor AC/Heat units broke from the recent ice storm. Enoch was able to come out next day for inspection and ordered the parts for replacement which was covered under my warranty, then Brendon came back out next day after parts arrived to replace the out door unit. We have used Enoch for several projects. The most recent was installation of 2 bathroom faucets plus replacing all the piping under the 2 sinks. Derrick did an excellent job and solved all issues. He was very professional and polite. We will use Enoch again!

I contacted Team Enoch to come and check out my Trane high efficiency, 4 zone HVAC system. Their tech, Greg M. arrived on time and listened carefully to my concerns and requests. He promptly went to my Tstat/ Controller and accessed the system’s trouble codes. Greg explained what the codes meant and proceeded to the attic to thoroughly evaluate the unit. Greg took the time to check out not only the trouble code conditions, but also reported he tested other technical aspects of the system to determine if they were functioning properly. Returning from the attic, he explained what he’d found & answered more of my questions. Overall, Greg was efficient, courteous and did a great job. I give Enoch & their Tech a 5 Star rating from booking the appt. to completing the job & then having CS team member William follow up w/me.

Team Enoch did an amazing job with installing my Tesla wall charger. The original quote was off, which was not thier fault. They were quick to adjust it and explain it to me prior to starting the job. They did a very thorough and clean install without any issues. I would highly recommend them!

We had our older water heater go out on the weekend right before Christmas! We had used other plumbers on our house on other things. But I decided to go to Angi’s List and came across Enoch Plumbing. They within hours on a Sunday got me a quote. We then got a couple of others including one from previous company. Enoch gave me the best price for a brand new Rheem water heater and even included 4 more years on the manufacturer warranty for a 10 year warranty. The other companies were all higher on price. Also Enoch scheduled their technician/plumber for the earliest time to replace compared to others. Zack was our plumber on site! He was awesome, knowledgeable, personable, and professional! He took care of us and left everything working and clean. I am in construction as well, and really appreciated his help fixing our problem and ability to communicate with us. All in all I would recommend Enoch and Zack. If plumbing issues ever come again for us I will call them first. I believe in creating relationships, and Zack definitely did that for us! Thank you Enoch.

Honestly, this was so easy! I have never hired a plumber or a plumbing company with such ease. Zach was courteous and was an hour early — and finished within an hour, which allowed me to get on with my day. The thing that surprised me the most was that they would send me an invoice via email. So many other companies want their money upfront or on the spot. They definitely go by the honor system. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 I strongly recommend Enoch!

Tech was awesome!! Installer was awesome!!! Installer stayed to see job through, even after install was complete and other issues arose! Tech got straight to business and fixed issue immediately!! Also had me sold on products even better than the sales team! Both men assured me team Enoch had my back and will keep my new HVAC system in check!

I want to give a strong shout-out to Jason from Team Enoch. He has been to my house three times now for various service calls and seasonal maintenance, and every visit has been excellent. Jason is incredibly polite, respectful, and very thorough in his work.

During his most recent visit, he took the time to answer all of my questions and successfully troubleshot why my auxiliary heat wasn’t coming on. The issue turned out to be related to programming that hadn’t been set up at the original installation (a separate Team Enoch issue), but Jason explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on.

Jason consistently elevates my experience with Team Enoch. Because of him, what would otherwise be a three-star experience has easily become a five-star one. He’s a great representative of the company, and I really appreciate his professionalism and knowledge.

Greg has been our tech and we couldn't recommend him more. Its nice to not have a salesman as a tech and is very derailed and thorough.

7 years ago I had them replace my ac unit. They did an amazing job. Today they came out because my thermostat had quit working. While they were her Diego did a complete inspection and found 3 issues that caused my issue with the thermostat. He was very informative and kept me in the loop on what he found what repairs were critical and what needed to be watched. I went ahead and had all 3 things done following his recommendation. So glad I did and so glad I had called them. Wonderful company

My water heater went out late one evening and I needed it replaced. Team Enoch contacted right away and got me on their schedule next day. My technician Caleb got here right when they said he would. He was super friendly, explained thoroughly everything he would be doing, and took time to answer all my questions. The new unit Team Enoch installed far exceeded my expectations. After he finished, Caleb showed me the new water heater and explained all the new safety features they installed, which were all included as part of the standard installation - BONUS!. It is such a blessing to find a company like Team Enoch that goes above and beyond the customer's expectations, and has such great people like Caleb. Oh, and the price I paid was A-MAZE-ING! This is the third time I have used Team Enoch, and I wouldn't consider using anyone else. Thank you Caleb and Team Enoch!

From start to finish, the entire experience with Team Enoch was smooth, professional, and easy. Scheduling was straightforward, communication was clear, and everything felt organized and customer-focused, which really stood out compared to some other service experiences I’ve had in the past.

Out of 5 stars, I’d honestly give my technician Brandon 6. He’s one of the most straightforward and informative technicians I’ve ever had in my home. He represented himself and Team Enoch really well. You can tell he takes ownership of his work and takes pride in what he does, and that’s the kind of thing that keeps people coming back.

He explained everything clearly about my system and answered all the random HVAC questions I threw at him patiently and honestly. Service I’ve had with other companies has definitely been hit or miss, so it was refreshing to work with someone like Brandon.

I’d recommend Team Enoch to anyone who needs their services.

Jason, Cody, and Katy were absolutely wonderful in helping our family find a solution for our plumbing issues. They were quick to respond, very professional, and treated me with the most respect. They fixed all of our problems with no issue at all. Would recommend them to any of my family members.
