The staff at Hawk plumbing and HVAC are so courteous and helpful. I needed the water pressure at my house checked and Jason was very helpful and made sure I understood the process and the results. I will always call Hawk first. Thank you Mike and Jason!

Hawk is the best. Travis just finished our seasonal tune up and was awesome. Over the years they have done annual service, minor repairs, major repairs, as well as system replacements. In every case they were courteous, professional and efficient.

Cannot say enough great things about Hawk! AC went out and called Hawk based on a recommendation from someone at work. Two other companies had been out before and handed me a quote without even looking at the system. The experience with Hawk was completely different. Zach took the time to get some info from me then checked the system, found the problem, and was able to fix it asap. Everyone we worked with, both on the phone and in person, was professional, helpful, and kind. You just know when you are working with good people. Based on this experience we will never look for an AC or plumbing repair company again...we will just call Hawk.

Just had Hawk out for a plumbing issue and again they came through! Jason and Anthony were excellent and found the problem and fixed it asap. Just can’t say enough about this company and their employees. I truly trust them and won’t use anyone else. Thanks Hawk!

12-11-24 Hawk comes through again! We had a back up issue that was a mess. Called Hawk for an appointment and was seen the same day! Jason and Cody came out. Took a look, showed me the break and gave me an estimate and told that they could fix it today. The price was very fair. They were both so professional and nice. Jason has done work at our house before so I trust him and know he's a stand up guy. We now know Cody and can say the same. They got it done and kept me updated along the way. Jason, Cody, and everyone at Hawk care. They are professional, kind, and honest. This is why they have so many repeat customers like us. I won't call anyone else for AC or plumbing work. They've got my business and I'm so grateful they are part of my community.

Hawk Plumbing did a great job for us!! Everyone we dealt with from calling to setup the appointment to Mike and Ryan who came to do the work were super duper friendly and professional. Ryan had to make access through the inside of our home and made sure to cut as little of the dry wall as possible for our situation. We would definitely call them again!!

I was very glad that Ruben was able to come out earlier than scheduled to fix our AC issue. He was very professional and patient with my constant questions. Ruben was very thorough not only with the repair, but also with making sure the AC was working appropriately before leaving and making sure I understood my options going forward. Very pleased!

Came out on a Sunday and fixed our main water line from the meter to the house. Very pleased with the work the Cody performed and Jason orchestrated for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We would not use anyone else for our heating and air conditioning needs other than Hawk Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning. Excellent service and very fast also. They had my old tankless water heater and my new one in about 2hrs. The new connections look 100% better than the original connections. Much nicer and cleaner look. The price was very very nice also, with no upselling or sales
pressure. It's been a very long time since I dealt with an honest plumber. Thank you .

Scheduled annual maintenance and they came out promptly. Shower, days later the blower motor on one unit went out. They came out and confirmed the issue, ordered the part and scheduled the install for the next day. Here’s where the problem began. They said we had not paid for the maintenance the previous week and I informed them we had not yet received the invoice. We have been a customer of theirs for years with several properties. I was at work and said I could get to it that evening after I get off. Instead, they called my husband and cancelled our blower motor install since the invoice we had not received was not paid. Turns out we didn’t owe them anything at all. Most unprofessional behavior we’ve ever experienced especially since we never had payment problems. Wonder if it was because I questioned the $900 estimate to replace a blower motor that was under warranty. After cost comparing their rates are high!

I have used Hawk Plumbing, heating and air for two years. They are always quick and get the job done! Reuben is so nice and respectful to me. The technician was extremely smart at his job. Explained everything! We have used Hawk at our business and home. They are the best. If it hadn’t been for Hawk telling me not to pay a certain amount for a new hot water heater when they couldn’t get to me I would have been taken advantage of. The other local company had come in and unhooked wires and I didn’t even need a hot water heater but they knew I was desperate because I own a hair salon. If it hadn’t been for Hawk telling not to pay a certain amount I would have and didn’t even need one.
