I had a great experience with this company!! I called them in afternoon and they came out the next day. The owner who I spoke to was super friendly and answered all my questions. David came out and pumped our septic tank. He was so nice and great at explaining what he was doing! This is an awesome company and I would definitely recommend them!

Amazing quick response service! Made things affordable as possible and responded to my emergency same day! Were very thorough in all the work they did. Power surge had damaged my entire unit, electrician confirmed and recommended septic specialist. Couldn’t be happier with the clean out, parts, repair, replacements, and care they put into making sure everything was a go for wedding guests we had visiting that week. Called them on Saturday morning Brandon showed up around noon. He pumped out my septic tanks and cleaned it . Very knowledgeable and polite. Great service at a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again.

JR was quick to respond to our request for a quote to have our septic tanks pumped. He was able to get us scheduled the same day for service. Our technician, David, was polite and took time to explain the process to us. He was thorough with his work and recommended additional work to our system that we were not aware we needed. We would highly recommend their services and plan to us them again in the future.

David came out first thing in the morning to pump our system out. He noticed some problems with the access points and pipes. He was able to stay on the job all day and got everything up and running like it was supposed to be. He gave us a fair quote and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend USA Septic.

Came out twice for the exact same issue the following week and still charged me for both trips without even informing me of the second charge. First tells me the disposal went bad but when informed it’s new it magically turns into something else causing the leak, a leak that according to them was not there the week before when they charged me to “repair the leak” I told them was happening. You clearly don’t care to do good thorough work for the outrages total price of $264 I was charged. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere!

Waited two days for home warranty company to send a tech out. They never got anyone one, called DNA and Dillon and Avonlea where here in a little over an hour. They got us a temporary fix so we would have water, ordered us a new controller and came back out and installed it. Great folks and would definately use them again!

On 8/1/2023, i did not have water so, I called three companies before calling DNA the other companies mention they do emergency service 24/7 but when I spoke to the a person they mention that they don’t do that service and another company mention he could get to us until the next day, but we could not be with out water so I found DNA water well service and called them and they came to my home same day. They were very knowledgeable and skilled and were able to quickly figure out what was wrong and I had water again. I will highly recommend everyone that’s having well issues to call DNA water well service they are the best and I will continue to use them for all my water well issues. Once again thank you Dillan for fixing our problem.

Dillon came to our rescue when our very old well system gave out. He helped us tremendously in working to replace the necessary items and retrofit what he could to help us on costs. He was honest and hardworking! Hopefully we won’t need his services for many years but we know who to call in the future should we have any other problems.

The recent freeze wreaked havoc on our well system breaking a 2" ball valve causing us to lose 3,000 gallons of water and frozen well head and booster pump. I called several well service companies which led me to DNA Water Well Service.

Pump went out on a Friday afternoon. First place I called didn’t have anyone available until Monday. Saw reviews for DNA and called Dillon. He was responsive immediately and was able to get a replacement part right away. He tried to come out late in the evening but I was good with waiting until first thing on Saturday morning. Within 90 minutes he replaced the pump and I had water again. He earned a customer for life!

Outstanding! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dillon and DNA Water Well Service. He promised same day diagnostic service and he delivered. I thought I was having an issue with my residential well that is used for my yard and landscaping, but even after finding that my well and pump were in good operating order, Dillon took his time to isolate the electrical issue, which was not pump related. He is knowledgeable, smart, courteous, and kind. I will definitely call DNA if I ever need my well serviced!
