Fantastic service! The guys at HAT went above and beyond the call of duty. We needed a new hot water heater, they came out quickly to replace it and also corrected some issues left behind by a previous plumber. When they left, our home was cleaner and before.

Zach notified me when they were OTW. Arrived right about when expected & explained what they would check for a possible slab leak. Very thorough & professional!

We had our old water heaters replaced today with a tankless water heater system. The installation was a work of art! The plumbers were courteous and explained everything clearly. Hat Plumbing partnered with a roofing company to complete the vent work and all was completed on time and with high quality. I needed maintenance on our hot water heater. I put in a request online, not knowing anything about them. Hat called me first thing the next morning and the technician was here within the hour. Professional, skilled, courteous, friendly, and showed so much patience when I asked a bunch of questions. The cost was quite reasonable and I was happy to learn they had a great membership program which I joined. I highly recommend this company. They are the best!

Making appointment for next day was easy, technician showed up on time and did the job (removed faulty Floodstop valve) efficiently. The initial price was high but was later dropped once scope of work was reevaluated. Thank you.

Shawn Spott with Hat Plumbing is exceptional. As a skilled craftsman for 40+ years, I've rarely met a plumber with his expertise, and none more friendly.
His skill is surgical. After an initial inspection, Sean used his "stethoscope" to locate the problem. Following a deep hole and complex pipe work, he repaired it. The next morning, he detected a faint "heart murmur"—a minor pressure issue. Using his "stethoscope" again, he found and fixed the culprit, passing final inspection with flying colors.

I had a pipe burst due to freezing over and was without running water for three days until the ice melted and cars could get around. The situation was bleak. But within 24 hours of me reaching out to Hat Plumbing, Andrew and Landon were at my house ready to diagnose and solve the problem. They were amazing! They arrived promptly, got to work right away, and had a ballpark estimate in 10 minutes for me before completing any work. After a more thorough examination, they determined the actual amount and in no time, the repairs and replacements were completed.

Andrew also put me in touch with a contractor to repair my drywall and flooding issues, and Luis the contractor showed up while they were there to also give me an estimate on home damage repairs beyond the plumbing issue. I’m so appreciative of that extra step of finding a reputable contractor being done for me. I’d give them both ten stars if I could!
