Danny was an awesome inspector! He did a foundation inspection for me for a home I am buying. He was quick, quiet, and gave me a thorough review of all of his findings. Most importantly, the seller was present in the home but he made sure to discuss the results with me outside to make sure we were not overheard. His quote was reasonable and made me feel much better about the daunting subject of foundation repairs. Highly recommend!

This company was recommended by a friend and did not disappoint. The first time I had them out to look at my roof, they were honest that they didn't think there was enough damage for insurance to cover it (unlike so many who knocked on my door promising they could get insurance to cover a replacement). This time, they worked with me to get it replaced, kept me informed when there was a weather delay prior to the start, and were very efficient the day of installation. (They estimated 1.5 days but got it done in 1, even with having to replace some decking.) I noticed minor damage due to the dump trailer being too close the the house, and they fixed that so I can't even tell where it was. Customer service is great. I'd gladly recommend them.

Korrect completed siding and painting for our house. We are extremely pleased with the results. The quote was reasonable. Work was completed in a timely manner. There was great communication from the project lead with updates on what to expect and timelines. The crew at the house were great. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs work done. You can trust them. We plan to use them for any/all future projects.

Jarett and Regan Parsons are the best !!! they did a wonderful job on our home. After a raccoon put a hole in our roof Korrect came and gave us a beautiful new roof. Also had more whirly vents and a ridge vent added to the home. The master bath temp is finally normal. We are super happy with the home you can’t go wrong with these guys.

Korrect was able to come up with a plan at a reasonble price point to solve our foundation problem that other companies could not do.

Lynn, David, and Regan with Korrect did such a fantastic job on our master bathroom renovation! We were so very pleased. Regan was our initial contact and Lynn gave us a very detailed and thorough estimate so we knew exactly what we would be getting. David was the on site project manager and constantly kept us in the loop. Sometimes, I would have a daily "David" fix with a report of all that done that day, any concerns they came across, as well as what was in store for the day. The guys that painted and demoed the bathroom, laid out a line of thick paper covering our wood floors so not to damage anything while they walked in and out of the house. Collectively, they came up with a Dollie type thing to get the new 350 lb. cast iron tub in the bathroom without scratching our floors. Yikes! They were FAIR, HONEST, and respectful the entire time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done at their house or in need of a roof replacement. Thanks again guys!

Gary came out and looked at my pier/beam foundation. It was difficult to visualize the complete support system, but Gary informed me that all was good with the cement pilings. I felt comfortable with his decision and appreciated his honesty.

ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY, Subcontractor Damage, and Three Failed Attempts

I hired Korrect Contracting for concrete lifting, and the project was immediately subcontracted to an outside company. The performance of this subcontractor was extremely poor, resulting in unacceptable work quality and significant property damage.

During the process, the crew managed to break a sprinkler head, damage a drain pipe, and destroy a main line cap. Furthermore, the worksite was left messy and disorganized after each visit.

To address the poor quality of the lift and repair the damages caused, the crew required three separate attempts to correct the initial work. Responsiveness throughout this correction period was sluggish and frustrating.

Most importantly, Korrect Contracting demonstrated minimal involvement in resolving the issues. They failed to stand behind the quality of their subcontractor's work or the property damage inflicted. My experience confirms a fundamental lack of accountability on Korrect’s part when managing outsourced projects.

Bad experience, high frustration, and property damage—we strongly advise against using Korrect Contracting.

Stephen Burch, my contractor, was absolutely wonderful to work with in my condo renovation. As we discussed what my vision was, Stephen explained in detail how we could reach my goal. Stephen also saw the serious problems like water damage from the master bath that affected the floors and walls. Stephen was also very patient with me as I searched granite and flooring businesses in Fort Worth. The renovation took five months, every worker did an excellent job. Stephen’s patience and expertise resulted in a perfectly renovated condominium.
