Conquer was recommended to me by a good friend. She told me what an excellent job they had done on their house, plus their rental homes. Everything they did was an exceptional. Got every thing done in the time frame that we were told. Worked great with the insurance company. Very satisfied.

I called Conquer Claims and Contracting with roof damage after being denied by my insurance company. Alan King agreed to take a look at my roof. Mr. King came to my home and inspected my roof and identified that my roof was severely damaged and I had grounds for an insurance claim. Alan King, remember that name, and also remember his boss Desiree. Because they know how to deal with insurance companies that are hesitant to buy your roof. I already had my roof inspected and had dealt with another Roofing company then I called Alan King because I was shopping for an affordable roofer thinking that I was going to pay for it myself. I asked my insurance company for a second inspection but this time Alan King, who has a ton of knowledge in the roofing business, met with the inspectors, and together they climbed the roof and Alan put the pieces together for the insurance inspector and this included: weather reports of storms that passed within our location over past year, marking the damage done to the shingle and vents with chalk, and speaking honestly and earnestly with the inspector regarding the damaged roof and the higher cost of interior damage that will result from additional storms in the future. Well, Conquer Claims and Contracting conquered my anxieties about a leaking roof and sewed my wallet shut and helped me to avoid the huge financial burden of paying out of pocket because they are Roofing and Insurance company Pro's! My insurance adjuster agreed that a claim should be paid for a new roof and cut me a check and I lawfully turned this check into Conquer who upgraded my roof to a Class IV shingle. Now think about this, when you step outside of your house and notice that your roof appears to be damaged or you see water spots in your celling then remember what I have been through and that you do not want to experience a denied claim then start looking for bargain roofers. Alan King did so many things right and was so convincing of what roof damage is and showed the inspector and communicated with the insurance adjuster the pinpointed weather reports showing how hail and wind had damaged my home. Furthermore, he took my anxieties and placed them back on the insurance company. Believe me folks, leave it to Alan and Desiree' who not only bought my roof but upgraded my roof to a Class IV shingle. Give them a call and they will help you avoid double pay troubles down the road. Yes double pay that is when you pay an insurance premium then pay for repairs on your home because insurance denied your claim. I was lucky because I received not only an upgraded roof but an education on what is involved in the process of helping our insurance company to see the forest for the trees! While this company will replace your roof, don't expect any type of service beyond the initial install. I had the roofs of two houses done in July of 2020, within a year there was leakage because the installation wasn't done correctly. They sent someone out, said they could fix it, asked for a quote to do the work and was ghosted. Most of the reviews you see for this company were written because they offer a discount if you write a great review, at the time of service I was satisfied but in time I realized I made a huge mistake by going with this company. A roof replacement is a huge investment, be sure to find a company that will stand by their work.

I can not thank Desiree from Conquer Contracting enough for all the hard work and effort she put into my homeowner's claim with my roof. I didn't even realize I had damage, but after letting her check it out, she showed me pictures of many potential problem areas. After calling in the claim, she met with the adjuster and negotiated a full roof replacement as well as multiple other things on my property that had been damaged. The crew that installed the roof was done in one day, very efficient, and did a phenomenal job. They left no trace of ever having been there, even running a magnet through the yard for left-behind nails. What could have been a stressful process was made seamless, and even pleasant. I highly recommend this young lady, as she will do you right!

Conquer Claims and Contracting, LLC did a great job on re-roofing my house with hail damage. I went with their best offered 30 year shingle roofing. Philip Mayeux was patient and professional in guiding me through the claims processing at my insurance. Philip even showed up at the house as site manager while the workers where installing to make sure everything was done correctly. I appreciated that. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone for inspecting or replacing a roofing system!

I had the best experience with Shane and Desiree! I had originally dealt with a contractor that tried to get the insurance to pay for my roof and could not get it done due to the type of policy I have. I had all but given up until I was referred by my sister who had them do her roof. Not only did she get my roof taken care of but I got new gutters and a garage door that had damage. After the job was done they even brought me a fruit basket thanking me for my business. I will definitely use them for life

Highly recommend. Our roof was hailed on. Desiree came out to inspect our roof and contacted our insurance company who after several inspections denied our claim. Desiree partnered us up with everyone and everything we needed to appeal our case and finally got our roof fully covered. Couldn't have done it without her. Roof was replaced very quickly after and now looks great! Her crew did a great job on our roof.

Conquer claims and contracting, we hired while seeing their work being done on my neighbor’s house as well recommended by them. I met and spoke to Desiree and she explained us the process in a clear and understanding way. Conquer were very professional and the work was done on schedule and in a professional manner. Both Desiree and Jeff helped choose a correct color for our roof shingles and we love it.
Jeff was present when insurance sent their representative to inspect the roof and he was very friendly and together with the inspector cleared any doubts I had.
Our dish was removed and re-installed for installation but was needed re configuring and Desiree as promised sent her cable guy ASAP and got it fixed.
Clean up was done good after work. We are happy with their work.

Can't say enough good things about Desiree and the crew at Conquer Contracting! The crew started at daylight and had my roof done by the afternoon. Desiree worked with me over a couple of weeks and was great with communication, pricing, scheduling, and product selection.

We went off of a friend’s recommendation and so grateful we did. I have had several roofs replaced on previous homes & by far this was the best experience. They came on time and did what they promised, as well went above and beyond. The cleanup was so quick and done correctly. I solid not have to pick up any left nails or shingle pieces. The owner Desiree did initial inspection on roof and as well meet the adjuster and got us approved based on her knowledge. They tried to deny us but she fought and insisted they had it wrong. Long and behold she proved them wrong and really helped us out. As a disabled Marine corps veteran you have to be on point to earn my business and she made it happen.She got us approved for a new garage door, gutters, fence painting, sealant, and few additional items they overlooked. They keep to their word and got it done faster than expected without one hiccup. We Hope we don’t need another roof but if you do We highly recommend letting Desiree & Conquer contracting give you a Bid or second opinion. Brian Lavendar was great, he showed up on time and had what need to be done, done. I had another contractor planned and they bailed of me, I was very thankful to find Korrect. Also the works told us best options for a few items. I like how they give me some choices. Items done, vinyl flooring where separating, added curb to shower, updated fireplace.

Our home was hit by hail during a recent storm. Korrect responded right away with a free inspection. After looking everything over, they actually didn’t recommend filing a claim with my insurance. I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism. I definitely saved money and a claim and will be calling them right away if we get hit by another hail storm.

Company is extremely unorganized and a quote is pointless, Danny came and gave us a quote of 4K so we went ahead and agreed to that and signed a contract to sell our home pending these repairs. The day they came out to do the repair they told us it would actually be 11K and this left us in a scramble to find a different company to do it cheaper because we had already signed a legal contract we would get the repairs done. Completely wrong and company showed very little concern for the predicament they put us in.

They did a great job on roofing my home. The entire Management Team and crew were professional, knowledgeable and courteous and had a general concern for my satisfaction that far exceeded my expectations. The quality of work was very impressive. Thank you again.
