They are a very professional team and have dedicated teams which works with you throughout. till the job is completed to your satisfaction with best quality work. Recently my new roof replaced by them had a minor damage. They went over and beyond to get issue addressed in a very short time period and not burdening me with any of it.
They are in this business for a long time customer relationship.

We had an excellent experience with Patriot Construction DFW and their sales manager Cody. Communication is paramount. Cody and the multiple crews that provided service for our repairs excelled at communicating. This cannot be overlooked in today's world! Cody walked us through what was needed to replace our roof and corresponded with our insurance company. We needed additional exterior repairs and painting. Cody and the Patriot Team made this happen. They proved to be flexible and provided reasonable pricing. They will work with you. Highly recommended!

Patriot was great to work with. My contact, Jimmy, worked directly with the insurance company to get us the best possible deal after a severe hail storm. I didn't see the finished product until several weeks after they finished (I don't live there full time), but the new roof looks great. Also, when I did finally arrive, I found one minor issue that needed to be addressed, and they had a crew at my house withing 3 hours of me notifying them, and they promptly took care of it.

We had 6 different roofing companies evaluate our roof and only one focused on quality and safety inside and outside the home. The Team at Patriot Construction DFW worked effectively and efficiently with the insurer. The Team has a responsive and dedicated leader (Eric) with a great crew who are stewards on providing the highest quality for workmanship. The Crew Leader Les (provided feedback/updates throughout the replacement process from roofing, gutters, window screens, and plastic window trim. They went above and beyond, here is a great example on our own home, before and after (besides the roof, see Chimney).
Overall, from 1-10 scale, 10 being the highest, their score is a 12 for Patriot Construction DFW, why 12, they were respectful, ahead of schedule, job was clean, and workmanship is above their peers as compared to our surrounding homes that had roof replacements.
Patriot Construction DFW has no comparison. They are the leaders (best in class) and experts in their industry.

I have been thoroughly pleased with my roof and with the entire experience. My contact,Donnie, did an excellent job. He has been very responsive and has delivered on every aspect of the project. He has gone above and beyond to make the entire process easy and pleasant. Not to mention, he is a fine young man! I highly recommend Patriot when you need a new roof.

We met Donnie the sales rep, and did not originally choose to go with him for our roof. We were quoted a much lower price, and struggled to spend more for the same job. However we saw Donnie and his crew do a roof across the street, and were very impressed. He was on site for the entire day. He is in sales, not project management-he did not have be here. He made sure we were well take care of, and was very respectful through the entire process. We are very particular about our home, and the people that work on it. I cannot recommend Donnie enough. He is an excellent representative for Patriot Construction DFW. We will tell anyone in the DFW area that needs a roof about him and send him all the business we can. Thank you, Donnie!
