Horrible! The door knocker sales people have no respect for people at their homes. Could be a sleeping child, could be someone who came home from their actual job resting, could be a lot of things. But these down bad sales people just come door knocking to fill their “get rich quick” mindset. 1/10 do not recommend these door knockers

0 communication. Takes weeks for them to get back to you and I got completely ghosted after getting almost to the start of getting my windows and roof replaced. Storm happened May 27th, 2024 and today is October 11, 2024....that's insane. I'm done with this company.

I needed my roof inspected and repaired after the latest storm and worked with both Eric and Jimmy. These two men were so very professional, courteous, honest and just downright wonderful to work with. Roofers sometimes get a bad rap, but this company is the real deal! I will definitely call them again in the future for any roofing needs!!!

Our family reached out to Austin for storm damage assessment, insurance help, and repair after a neighbor’s recommendations. Austin was professional, frequent & clear communication, and pushed for all repairs to be paid for. Austin followed up with insurance to ensure we were paid for all building and property repairs. This is the first time that we changing our roofing, at first, we were worried and thought it might take a lot of time and energy to deal with it, but with the professional team’s help, everything went smooth, it was done quickly with high quality. Thanks to Chris, he is so great, he helped us a lot on taking care our roofing and communicated with the insurance. There were several companies came to knock our door and talking about our roofing, but only Chris's professenal and take care of customer’s benefits at the first place impressed us a lot, and we felt we can trust their team. It turns out we were right, our new roof is so nice, thanks to Chris's team, they are professional, careful and efficient.

After our insurance denied us we figured we wouldn't be able to get a new roof anytime soon. Our door has been plagued by contractors and we were just over messing with it. However, Chris with Patriot (clean cut & very well spoken) got it done and they did an excellent job on our roof. Chris was very knowledgeable, consistent and reliable and exceeded all of our questions and needs. He also helped lower our electric bill by doing an energy audit. These guys really know their stuff and we learned a lot. Chris also helped us recover value we didn't know we had and gave us upgrades for free that helped lower our monthly rate. I wouldn't trust anyone else to handle my roof claims. Thanks for all your help Chris. Patriot you guys rock!!

I am very satisfied with Patriot Construction DFW. The quality of work was superb. Their greatest asset is the quick response to any inquiry I had. I would simply send an email to Eric Pieper (owner), and within 5 minutes, I had a response!

Other neighbors have also had their roofs replaced with Patriot Construction DFW and they are completely satisfied as well. After all the work was done, they came back to do some minor fixing. Again, great response and satisfaction. I highly recommend Patriot Construction DFW!

David House and the team at Patriot Construction DFW went above and beyond to take care of our roof. They handled the insurance and financial portion with expertise that was matched by the quality of work. We highly recommend them and several of our neighbors have used them as well.

Hail damage required roof replacement. Talked to several contractors but Jimmy Greninger was great, answered all my questions. The BBB rating was A+.. When the process started he called and told me the team was on the way. They finished the roof in one day then the other teams came in and within a week I had new gutters, too. I was advised about all phases of the work and the crews were great. I am extremely pleased with the job they did. The last item was a new chimney cap, far better than what I had and complements the roof.

After two other roofing companies tried to work with All State on our roof and got the claim denied, these guys stepped up, stuck with it, and after a lot of back and forth, got us a full roof and gutter replacement. The work looks great, they've communicated well and paid attention to every detail. Thank you to our project manager, Chris D., who has answered every text and call promptly, and made sure everything is perfect. I'd use Patriot again in a heartbeat.

The Patriot team was very helpful with our complete roof replacement. They worked directly with our insurance so there was very little stress on our end and even helped get some additional damage that we weren't aware of covered through our policy. We had one miscommunication with the team about our garage door replacement, but when we expressed our concern, they offered solutions promptly and followed through. I definitely recommend them for your roof needs, especially if you are working with insurance!

Patriot Construction was recommended by a friend and what an awesome company they are. We ended up with a small leak from our bathroom fan which was probably caused by the last storm (driving sideways rain in our area).
Patriot came out the same day, inspected the roof vent and the entire roof (didn’t see any roof issues 🙏 ). Recommended that we replace the roof vent which they did the next day at 9 AM. WOW!
They also consulted with me about a gutter and downspout issue they’re going to fix (neither of these were urgent, so those are scheduled for a later date).

Patriot roofing just did my new roof due to hail damage. Austin Weaver was the project manager. He was super. Kept me updated and informed at all times during the job. Went out of his way to see I got special touches for an outstanding look. The new roof is beautiful. Work was done in a timely manner and clean up was very efficient. Our roof got damaged by a hail storm a month ago and we hired Patriot Construction to replace our roof, fixe and stain our fence, paint our garage doors and replace our window screens. They were absolutely amazing! They’re fast, reliable and have great customer service. However, what I loved the most about them is the quality of their work. I’m a wedding cake designer and a perfectionist and I can honestly tell you that their work is flawless! Hire them! You won’t regret it! We have a couple of other upcoming projects and we will definitely reach out to them for help!
