Rolando did an excellent job cleaning out and repairing our dryer vent pipe that was clogged with decades of lint and mouse nesting.

Excellent job with a difficult leak inside a wall. Noah made sure it was done the right way. And on a weekend too.

Eric was extremely competent diagnosing the problem and ideal to work with. He worked with me on the bill, checked out the entire unit and even alerted me to a leak in the roof. I called Global Cooling at 9 this morning and by 3 pm I had a cool house! Marvelous service!

Rolando was awesome! Very knowledgeable from A to Z. Called Landon this morning because my thermostat had showed a message indicating a problem within the AC system. He said no worries we’ll send a tech. I was unable to be at the house because I was on a job myself but Rolando gave me a call and explained everything he did and suggested some pointers I could do myself in the future. Fixed and cooling great! I definitely will use and would recommend Global Cooling. Thank y’all!

Geez Louise, I can't sing enough wonderful praises for this company and their AC field staff. Travis and Reyes were awesome! Our AC issue was explained in detail to us and Travis gave us a few options. We decided to replace our unit and are very pleased with all that they did to make it happen within just a day. These two guys were on time, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and paid attention to detail. We would highly recommend this company and staff. A++++service!

My toilet was sounding like it was trying to fill with water…. Every 7 minutes, day and night. Robert found the problem and had it repaired within about 30 minutes; he saved my toilet and my sanity!

If I could put 10 stars, I would. From the first phone call, to the last email...and everything in between, this company went above the call of duty to take care of our property! It was really hard to find a good company out in the Hill Country who wanted to take care of a single home vs a big commercial company, and I couldn't believe how they went over the top to make sure everything was perfect. They even checked into a warranty on our system which saved us thousands. They also have a great and affordable maintenance program! I highly recommend this company!

The plumber was on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. The stopped up sink and malfunctioning disposal unit was fixed and and is functioning properly.

Noah did a good job. Quick and thorough in fixing the problem. Nice gentleman, by the way. Sorry he got thoroughly soaked while changing the water tank spigot valve while it was live. But he was a good sport.

Professional from the word go. Roland and Ray are both awesome! They took care of me very quickly which was a surprise for me. I kind of felt like I was there only customer but I know I'm not. They did an awesome job and the price was very reasonable. Definitely five star all the way for me.

I wanted to have them install a UV Llght in my a/c to stop mold / mildew. They usually cost $60-$100. The company wanted $1200 to install and return for maintenance checks. I wanted to discuss that with my wife when she got home. The technician said there was a $56 fee for his visit if I did not accept his proposal at that time!

Obviously the experience of having a leak inside of a wall isn't good, but Reyes stayed on it until we had water again. Didn't leave us hanging for days. Thanks Global and Reyes.
