I called for help with a plugged shower drain. Within an hour the tech arrived. John diagnosed the problem, explained the solution and expertly accomplished the task. John's performance was totally professional and efficient. I highly recommend Global (formerly Kerrville plumbing).

I have left a very positive review in the past for Roland of Global because of the great work he did for me on my HVAC system. But I also want to highlight the great service attitude and excellent communication efforts of both Heather James and Angella Elmore at Global Cooling and Plumbing. It’s nice to have a company that not only does a good job of getting the work done, but also seems to have a culture of excellent customer service, and goes out of its way to communicate often and clearly with customers. Both Heather and Angela have been great to work with.

I am impressed. Replacement of our entire heating & air system was complete in one days time! They cleaned up after themselves. As a grown up “Daddy’s Girl”, they were open to all of my questions & willingly explained everything to me!

I would like to highly recommend Global Cooling and Plumbing to you. My technician Reyes was very professional and knowledgeable. He cleaned out our water heater that handnot been done on 5 years also He checked our in-house and outside plumbing looking for leaks, Reyes also capped one of our water sprinkler pipes. I called Global Cooling because I thought I had a clogged dryer vent and we agreed to have a technician assess the situation and give me a free estimate. The technician was very friendly and could not find a clogged vent. He did try to resolve my issue by shortening the hose venting to the outside thinking that was my issue. After letting the dryer run without shutting off, we thought the issue resolved. However the next day when I put a load of wet jeans in the dryer, it shut off just like before. I feel like the technician did his best but now I have to contact a repairman to check my dryer and will be out additional costs.

Roland was extremely helpful in that he explained (so I could understand) what he was doing and why. I learned a lot about my heating unit that I never knew before and I now know how to keep it running properly. I wish all service people took an interest in their clients as Roland did. They have my business, and I will recommend them to others. Thank you, Roland and Global Cooling.

Global has always been outstanding. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I've delt with most of their long time Technicians and have always been happy with their work. Today I had Roland and I always enjoy talking with and learning from him. I personally wouldn't use any other company.

John was timely and worked quickly, quietly and efficiently. HE made no mess or noise. There was a small mixup involving what was to be done to my pipes, but the manager corrected my issue by honoring the original quote order and then offered a return technician the next day to correct the issue or a refund after assuring me a replacement wasn’t necessary, but acknowledged the mix up. That kind of of honesty , integrity and transparency is MISSING from most companies large or small. This was my first experience with these guys, but it wont be the last , and I will be telling people ! SOLID work from a SOLID company who stands by their work…. And I got a warranty on their installation! These guys are the bomb.com

Bravo. Bravo. Bravo. We decided to install a taller toilet after 20 yrs. DIY made us realize the builder did a short cut and only glued the flange and toilet. Ugh. The flange wld not seat right. We had 3 quotes. We appreciated John telling us exactly what was needed and wld be no damage to the tile. No more. No less. We needed the job done right. Him and his assistant did an awesome job. We will definitely use them again. Highly recommended. Thank you.
