Asked for estimate, but never be recieved anything.

Left a mess of my yard, never came back to grind the stumps. Tried to leave without finishing the job, had to convince them to complete tasks. Nice people but did a poor job, cannot recommend.

Steer clear of this company. I used them in July 2019 to replace our pool pump. Less than a year later in April 2020 our pump went out again. We were told that the impeller was the problem and was not covered under warranty. So, we paid again for a new pump.

Now, a little over a year later in July 2021, the pump is out AGAIN. I called Star Bright and was told they were backed up by at least a week and would likely not make it out until late the following week. That's not optimal, but fine - I told them okay, I'd like to make an appointment. I was told they couldn't make an appointment until they knew when they'd have time to come out to take a look ... ???

Meanwhile, our pool is turning green and 1) they repeatedly refused to make an appointment even after I explained that I understood it may need to be moved, and 2) they would not prioritize my request even after I told them that this was the second time a pump that was installed by them has gone out in less than a year. I was then asked if I wanted the number to another pool company ... !!?!

I declined their offer and tried to clarify with them that they would call me back with a date they *think* they may be able to come out and they told me, "That's not what I said at all, have a good day and goodbye." Click.

The woman on the phone was rude. Their products are sub-par. Their customer service is garbage unless you're a paying customer (e.g. they don't prioritize warranty work). All I wanted was an appointment. I was willing to wait for them in case this repair was covered under warranty, but they refused.

Find another pool company and don't waste your time or money on Star Bright.

Sean is very good at what he does. We have used him multiple times for carpet cleaning and just had him clean our tile and grout at our new house.
He is very professional and courteous. He gives free estimates and is reasonably priced. He accepts calls and texts for communication which is great as well.

Just a week later, our pool looked as good as new—like it had been resurfaced, but it only cost us a fraction of what we expected. The team was friendly, honest, and really knew what they were doing. We’re so happy with the service and will definitely use them again!
