Amazing job! Our pool looks wonderful!

I purchased a house with a 2 year old pool that was installed by a different company. Admiral pool, help me submit a warranty claim that saved me 2000 dollars. Admiral did not make a dime from this but they are just good people. I would recommend this company to anyone. Great people and a great local owner. I’ll be back for any of my future pool needs!

I hired Admiral Pool Services a few months ago, right before leaving town for a month. When I returned, I found algae in the pool. I contacted them about the issue, and they recommended a service over the phone without inspecting the pool. I followed their advice and cleaned the salt cell, but a month later, the algae was still there. In hindsight, I guess I got what I paid for since they were the cheapest option.

TLDR: Use someone else.

Since switching to Admiral, I have been so impressed with their customer service! I had an issue with my pool 4 days before my scheduled service visit, and they came out within a couple of hours THAT DAY to fix it for me. They have been servicing my pool for a couple of months now and my pool has been sparkling and perfect. Definitely recommend!

After many failed attempts with sketchy pool companies to work on our pool equipment, we finally called Admiral Pool Services based on others' referrals. We were not disappointed. They were extremely professional, repaired my filter and pumps and had an efficient billing service. They provide honest, fair pricing given up front, and quality service. We appreciated it so much that we hired them to come out weekly to service our pool. Best decision I made last summer. Their consistent service has saved us on future major repairs and allowed us to enjoy our pool without the headache of upkeep. Also, during this major ice-storm, they were available for counsel and help to prepare our pool and pumps from freezing over. Excellent service and quality work. Thank you Admiral Pool Services! Admiral has delivered a very professional experience for me. When we used them regularly for monthly pool service, the pool always looked crystal clear and clean. I never had to worry about anything and Cameron, their tech, is super knowledgeable, capable and friendly. He replaced the control panel in our heater and got that working again and has made other successful repairs. He was always easy to talk through issues with and come to reasonable solutions with. Admiral comes across as a family-owned and operated business and are one of the top rated pool companies in our area for a reason. They charge more than some pool companies but they deliver reliable, competent, professional, friendly service every time.

I have been a customer of Admiral Pools for 3 years and they always do a great job in cleaning the pool every week. The pool water is always clear and I have no issues. They are very knowledgeable about the equipment as well. Price is reasonable.

Admiral Pool Services does a great job maintaining our pool. We have a difficult pool to keep clean because of the pine trees but Admiral manages it well. When there is a pool problem, they are quick to respond. We are very happy with their service.

Admiral provides excellent customer service. We had an issue with a gasket resulting in the pool draining on Saturday. A technician was dispatched within 20 minutes or less of me contacting them (on a Saturday). When I noted another issue this morning, they had a team out before 8am to handle. Very responsive and professional.

Admiral Pool Services has been great! I love their weekly communications about my pool maintenance visits. Kristen in the front office has been great about answering questions that come up. I would highly recommend to any looking for a pool maintenance company to team up with.

Admiral did a fantastic job helping with a really bad really fast algae bloom that completely took over my pool. We ended up draining to save a ton of time. Took longer to fill than it did for Admiral to get it clean. Awesome team to work with!

Admiral did a terrific job on installing a new Hayward heater on our pool. The install tech, Edward, was thoroughly professional and efficient. He was friendly and knowledgeable - showing me how to operate the new heater and showing me how my old heater had failed. His work was first-rate. Admiral showed up when they said they would and finished when they advised me they would. He installed a new gas valve and aligned all the equipment on the equipment pad. I’m very pleased with the work of Admiral.

Edward did a fantastic job fixing our pool equipment. He was prompt, friendly, and committed to delivering top-notch customer service. He went above and beyond today, as he has done the two other service calls he has performed for us. The office staff is bar-none as well. I highly recommend Admiral Pool Services.
