We can't say enough positive things about this company. They took over after a bad experience with a non responsive pool company that we fired. They had only been our pool service company of choice for not even two months. Then around May 12 with all of the torrential downpours our new landscaping was partially washed into our pool. And we're only two days away from having a group of four-year-old little girls over for a birthday party and somehow someway, Matt and his team of pool specialist figured it out and got our black pool to crystal clear and ready for a party. Thanks so much for the hard work. You've earned our business for an extremely long time.

Had a problem with my hot tub over the weekend. Called Admiral Pool Service, they arrived quickly, found the problem and had the part on the truck. All done in a couple of hours. Great prices and great service. Now we can enjoy our hot tub once again. Thanks Admiral.

Just a really great pool service company. My dad was moved to an active living community and there was so much to take care of. The pool hadn't been tended to for nearly a year so it was in horrible shape. Admiral Pool Services came in and made it look so much nicer and also maintaining it as we try and sell the home. They were very accommodating able to work on it without me having to be there and did a great job! From the initial call to the tech that came out just really professional and very reasonably priced! Much appreciated.

Live in Friendswood, been using Admiral Pool for one year. They send us an email with photos after service and our pool chemical levels. We trust them and they always give us a headsup if there is an issue with low water, filter clean needed, etc. we always know they are doing the work we hire them for and keep our pool looking blue! Would highly recommend for trustworthy service

Just bought our first home and found these guys on google. Micah immediately came over and did survey of our pool and helped us pick the perfect Heater for our pool. We don’t have gas lines so we went with a heat pump. Admiral found us the perfect one in our price range! We ended up getting The HeatWave SuperQuiet® SQ166R and have been super happy with it. We only had one little leak but they were out immediately and fixed the issue. These guys know their stuff and we can’t wait to have them maintain our pool and continue working on our Automation system! Thanks again!!!

This is our 3rd straight summer hiring Admiral. All 3 years have been great. The communication between us and the office is great, and with the tech guy as well. The report sent by the tech after cleaning our pool is awesome, immediate photos of our pool.

I hired Admiral on behalf of my client for a one-time stain treatment based on their stellar reviews. While we agreed to a set price for the cleaning with the understanding that results could vary and there was no guarantee, I was left hanging with basically 0 communication on the progress of the treatment over the course of a week. After the pool was left unchlorinated over the weekend, they came out again, and then a manager called me to explain that we've exhausted our agreed pricing for the stain treatment and had already been out for a "complimentary" visit that day for "one last try". I was given no information of what was being done from visit to visit, no expectations were set upon arrival or throughout the process, and then I was told "well we tried" at the end. At one point mid-process I was texting with the office. They could not tell me where we were with aything, and suggested that my client "try asking the tech when he gets there". The fact that they warned me ahead of time on the no-guarantee was the only thing there to soften the blow of their shotty communication during this process. Most of their clientele are direct home/pool owners and they may offer better customer service for those that have recurring services, however I would not recommend any B2B transactions with them.

Admiral Pool Services provided good communication and service (particularly technician Edward) from initial contact to completion of a controller replacement several days later. It is a relief to find a pool service company in the area that I can rely on for unscheduled events or to troubleshoot a potential problem. Thank you!

Admiral Pool Service really came through for us. Although we had to call an audible to the plan, Dakota personally came out to supervise the progress and got us swim ready quickly. Admiral did a fantastic job updating our pool equipment! They took a messy, old system and brought it up to date! Our pool is already looking so much better. Edward was very professional and worked so hard to not only have a well-running system but also one that looks good! We were really impressed with his attention to detail and a well thought out plan. They also replaced 2 out-dated pool lights. The new lights look so much better and we love that the lights and equipment connect to an app on our phone! The company has been very responsive to our texts and questions along the way. We highly recommend Admiral for your pool needs! We will definitely use them again in the future.

Mason did a wonderful and thorough job washing our windows. A very polite young man who got the job done fast and beautifully. I highly recommend him.

I have no words for Mason! For someone who is still in high school and has started his own company I am in awe. Mason was very knowledgeable when talking my husband and I. He walked us through the process of everything he was going to do and when it was time to come out at clean the gutters he did it all by himself. Mason, we are proud of the harder work and dedication that you have put into your business at such a young age. Just know that you have customers for life from the Parker’s.

Pressure washing the house, windows, driveway and porches was done in a professional manner. Best exterior company in Texas. He showed up on time and stayed until the job was complete and cleanup was finished, the property looks fantastic.

Great job done by Mason and his team washing the roof on our 3 story home! Even after one day, I can see a difference from the ground and my drone. I like that they have all the proper equipment, sprayers, generators and tanks on a trailer that make them efficient and able to focus on the job instead of the equipment and chemicals. Definitely will bring them in for a window and house wash soon.

Mason was very easy to talk to very professional and new alot about his business and equipment. He did an awesome job on our sidewalk. I would highly recommend Mason as he is very knowledgeable at what he does. It is so refreshing to have a young man like him to put a smile on you're face.

Mason was great to work with. He took on a somewhat big 3 day list of work that needed done on my house. First of all, he was one of the most polite young men I have ever met. Second, he communicated with me throughout the entire job which made scheduling very easy. Third, he did great work.
