It was a pleasure to work with Harrison of LNS Service, LLC when our Samsung dryer suddenly stopped heating.

He had me text him the model and serial number (took a pic of this inside my dryer door) and my name as well as address. He promptly texted me back and was able to schedule a visit later the same day, which was much appreciated.

When asked for an estimate if it was the heating element, he was able to give me a quote, so I knew what to expect.

He arrived when he said he would and notified me that he was on the way. He wore a mask and had posted his vaccine card online as well. He removed his shoes upon entering the residence and got straight to work.

He used my vacuum to clean out the inside of the dryer after disassembling it (10 years of dust build-up). He replaced the heating element and I had a working machine again. He was pleasant, friendly, professional, responsive, and efficient.

I would not hesitate to use this service again or to recommend him highly to my friends. Thank you Harrison for making our experience so positive.
