Constraction reviews in Frisco, Texas

I appreciate Nate Freeman! He is the guy you want on your roof. He goes above and beyond to explain the plan and always available to answer questions. He treats people like real people and does right by them.
I love my new roof. Lloyd Tittle

When we needed a small, but hard to find, roof leak repaired, Nate and his team promptly found and repaired the leak. Good quality work at a fair price, without any high pressure sales pitches.

Nate had done several big projects for me. Each one was high quality, on budget, and completed quickly. Would highly recommend Nate for any general contract / roofing work.

Nate and his crews did a great job! He was easy to work with and they were quick and efficient with the job. I appreciated that he personally came out to check on status and any answer questions.

Nate and his team are very personable and professional with advice on how to work with insurance that's in your best interests. I'd refer Freeman Roofing without hesitation.

Nate and his team did an amazing job of replacing roof of my house. Nate went above and beyond to address my fence issues. He also is very particular about addressing any fall back issues.

We are so very happy with our roofing experience. Nate was onsite throughout the 2 days and supervised his respectful crew at every turn from beginning to the time all was finished. He was also certain to be at our home with our insurance man and walked the roof w him making his own notes and was able to show our adjuster the things that were missed in his (adjuster) inspection. Nate also pointed out our roof had not been done properly the last couple of times. The “big name” roofers had just laid more shingles on top off what was there! He took care of all of that & when our insurance company (USAA) came back to inspect they even commented on how nicely everything was done. This is our 4th roofing experience and Nate has far exceeded our expectations. We will never consider anyone else but Freeman Roofing & Construction in the future. Beyond his work ethic, he’s just an all round nice guy.

Nate was super professional and was on a whole other world when it came to being responsive. The installation was super quick and more than anything, they fixed our water flow problem with our original gutters. Look, if you are looking for someone else besides Nate and his team to do your gutters, you're just doing it wrong.

From the first phone call, Nate and his team were very responsive and professional. They kept us in the loop every step of the process. When they were finished replacing our roof, he had his team literally walk up and down the street looking for nails and debris that might have fallen. Not just in our lawn either! Never seen that before. He also provided choices and explained the whole process making us comfortable. Thanks, Nate!

Nate and his crew do a superb job of meeting the needs of his clients. I recently needed some quick turnaround on some roofing and sprinkler system work and he and his crew got the job done quickly and exceeded my expectations. Nate and his crew are awesome!

Freeman Roofing and Construction has been working for my roof replacements and other storm damages restoration for years. I cannot be more happy and satisfied with any job done for my house restoration. They have been doing very clean work and best quality work for me for years. I have had no complaints ever on their workmanship. It's just fantastic job they do. Unfortunately the area my house is very much prone to hail storm and other kind of storms. I feel lucky to have this company in my acquaintance, I don't worry about any repair/restoration or replacements needed, they just perform everything very professionally and cleanly. The owner Nate is so down to earth, ethically professional and gentle that you will not even know you are talking to owner of such a big company. He personally takes care of customer satisfaction along with making sure safety of his crew and quality of work and material used. I highly recommend the services from this company based on my personal experience.

Nate and his team started early and we're done same day. Replaced my roof, and helped me through the insurance process. Will definitely use again.

I am beyond pleased with the work that Nate and his top-notch crew did on my roof! The owner personally came to oversee the work that was performed on my home. The crew was polite, efficient, honest, and clean! I was also very pleased that he was able to fit my roof replacement in within 24 hours of coming to check the roof damage- with Texas weather being so unpredictable, I didn’t want the damaged roof to have to sustain another storm. I am 110% satisfied with the work that was done on my home, and would confidently recommend this business to anyone and everyone!

Freeman Roofing replaced the roof on my home and I couldn't be happier. He worked together with my insurance company to ensure everything that needed repair was included in my claim. Nate went above and beyond and not only replaced the roof with a higher quality shingle, but also replaced the decking for the roof and the rain gutters! Nate went out of his way to make the process as easy as possible for me. He even came to my office on a few occasions for paperwork/payment etc. so I did not have to leave work. I would highly recommend Nate and Freeman Roofing and Construction for all your repair needs! A++++++++++++++++++ Great Job Nate!!

Nate Freeman Roofing was the most professional and reasonably priced roofer I found in North Dallas.
The owner was willing to work on my time frame.
I never felt rushed or pressured.
The Supervisor and crew arrived on time and provided everything they needed including a dumpster for the removal of trash.
The results were fantastic and high quality. They went over and above to coordinate paint color and complete the job on time.
I can’t say enough good things about Nate Freeman Roofing!

Nate and his crew do an excellent job. Nate is very knowledgeable and is up to date on all current codes for your city. He is also very good at keeping customers up to date on all phases of the job. He is very honest and cares about the quality of work. Highly recommend Freeman Roofing and Construction!!!

Freeman Roofing & Construction is a Contractor with a heart that cares. We recently had a hail storm, and Nate came out to meet our Insurance Adjuster to go over the damages and explain what needs repaired. Nate worked with the Insurance Adjuster and went above and beyond by continually communicating with our Insurance Adjuster about repairs. Not only was roof repaired, but Nate noticed that the chimney had some wood root that could have caused a leak, and he immediately came out to wrap the chimney to protect the potential leak. Now we have an improved higher quality chimney and roof. We also decided to have a new fence installed which turned out beautiful.

Nate Freeman and his company did some work on my roof and drywall. They were very efficient and responded immediately. His prices were very reasonable and fair. He answered any questions that I had and he was very knowledgeable and explained things in a way anyone could understand. The work they did was great and if I need any other roofing or construction assistance, Im definitely calling Nate Freeman! Thanks Nate! My family and I really appreciate your service!

I was lucky enough to find Nate a handful of years ago when I chose him to replace our roof, gutters and do other repairs after a major hail storm. I had only replaced one roof prior to that and let's just say that I had had a less than enjoyable experience with the roofer I chose.
Nate, however, is a master of customer service as he listens to the owner's concerns, pays great attention to detail and quality, and personally oversees each phase of any project. If I found something was not quite up to par (for my standards anyway), Nate made it right as he approaches each project just like he would if the crew were working on his own home.

This spring, he and his crew just completed a major restoration project inside our home. The results were in line the with quality and timeliness that we had come to expect and we are very pleased with the result. He also took the burden of working with the insurance company off of me to ensure that our home was put back together as it had been before the damage.

If good customer service, respect and an eye for quality are high on your list for selecting contractors - I highly recommend that you give Nate a call!

Nate is a fantastic contractor, and really enjoyable to interact with. Him and his crew are very professional and do great work. On top of that, Nate makes a point to help his community, and has donated to medical facilities and first responders to help keep us safe. He started out as our local neighborhood contractor, but has definitely become a friend.

Nate and his team have done a very high quality job at our home. I have dealt with a lot of companies over the years, but their crew stands above the crowd. What really impressed me is their attention to detail like cleaning up. You can tell quality work is important to Nate and his crew!
I highly recommend them!!
