Constraction reviews in Frisco, Texas

We recently hired Nate Freeman to contact our roof, gutters, and garage door replacement. His team's were professional and timely. They did a fantastic job and we couldn't be happier with the results. Nate even doubled the people working on the roof job to finish in 1/2 day because he knew we had dogs. We will definitely will use his services again.

Nate and his team were great to work with on a roof repair. The work was exceptional but what struck us about the experience was their customer advocacy. We were dealing with a particularly difficult insurance adjuster and the experience was complicated by an inexperienced 3rd party inspector. Nate Freeman roofing went above and beyond making multiple trips to the home and joining several frustrating and unnecessary conference calls with the insurance provider. In the end, our claim was approved, a new roof was installed, and Nate Freeman construction has yet another highly referenceable client that will call on them again if needed and recommend them to anyone who asks.

Working with Nate Freeman was a great experience. He took the time to visit and listen to my vision. He understood my artistic point of view. He and his team brought my vision to life and made my 30+ year old home new. I love everything from the style to the colors. Crew was meticulous and neat... cleaning every day. They went above and beyond. So happy and highly recommend.

No one wants to spend money on a roof, but somehow nate made it easy. He worked with me on repairs for a 21 year old roof until I could get the entire roof replaced.

He was totally fair and honest with his pricing and was done inside a day, no debris left behind and a perfect roof to show off.

I'll be back to freeman construction for future house repairs to be sure.

Nate Freeman and his team did a wonderful job replacing my roof in one day. He was very patient, understanding, and very helpful throughout the whole process. I highly recommend his services!

Thanks, Nate!

I have used this company for over 15 years on multiple properties and I have had great service every single time. This company does great work. They are not storm chasers and will not be knocking on doors for business. you have to call them if there is storm damage or if you suspect a storm damage. Once you call, they will come and do an excellent job. You will not be disappointed in their work.

Nate was extremely helpful in getting my new roof installed before I closed on my house. He added, at my request, new gutters in a wonderful color that transitions from the onyx roof and the cement colored Hardie siding. He also got my ripped screens and had my fence completely power washed on both sides after having it masterfully restrained. He told what he was going to do, did what he said he would do and reviewed everything with me. He also interfaced with the claim with my insurance company, providing a flawless experience. I especially liked him having a foreman on site during the roofing project. This was someone to talk to and the foreman made sure that they would NOT hit my a/c line with a nail. My previous contractor did not care and did just that, leaving me with an additional $4000 expense. Nate’s foreman made sure this would NOT happen.
A wonderful experience.

We could not be happier with Nate and his crews. Nate helps me to easily pick colors (my most hated task) with pictures and communicates clearly on schedules so we can plan around locking the dogs in and being home when needed. This round of work was a fence standing and exterior house painting with all of repairs that were needed. It all looks great! Next up is front door replacement!

Nate Freeman and his talented crew exceeded our expectations on the build of our new patio cover. We have a very complex patio, roof and pool layout and received numerous quotes and advice on how we should build our patio cover. Before giving us a bid, Nate and his knowledgeable crew leader consulted with us and offered a detailed design and engineering perspective that boosted our confidence to choose Freeman Roofing and Construction. Although they weren’t the cheapest bid, I was confident they were the most professional and would deliver on their promise- needless to say, they exceeded our expectations and built a patio cover even better than we could have imagined. From start to finish, Nate and his team were courteous, extremely clean, and highly communicative with us. Most of all, we appreciated the attention to detail, as they treated our home and satisfaction as if it were their own. I can’t say enough to recommend this company of talented and skilled craftsman and it’s top notch leader, Nate Freeman.

👍

Huge gust of wind broke part of my brick fencing; Jacob and his team were quick to respond with a quote on a Sunday, and did a great job with a same day repair. Was open and honest on pricing and what additional repairs were/weren’t needed around my house. Would definitely use again if needed

Quick response, estimate within 24 hours, fair pricing, and excellent finished product!
