Contractor reviews in Frisco, Texas

I wanted to get some ideas on what I could do with my backyard. The project manager, David, was beyond knowledgeable. He produced a few estimates for me (including a pool!!!!). We started to start with building an extra room on the back of my house. The crew was only at my house a few days, they poured concrete and built the entire exterior structure (roof and all)! I look forward to using Green Paradise in the future for all my outdoor and indoor projects! (I will submit pics when the house addition is complete!)

Green Paradise recently installed stone borders around my front trees and landscape bed. In addition, they installed plants and were patient, and worked with me in the placement of them. We were pleased with how the project turned out.

Green Paradise did an amazing job on our patio. David Souza who initially came to quote us on the project is very knowledgeable and professional in the whole process. You can tell that he has been in this business for a long time. He did the quote, project management and made sure that we were satisfied with the final work. We highly recommend Green paradise for all of your outdoor patio work! They will be our go to now for all of our homes in the Dallas area!

GP did a beautiful job on our project. We had an existing pool but it was missing the wow factor.

GP expanded our patio, built a beautiful shade structure that allows us to use our yard twice as much in this heat, and did a bunch of other odds and ends that really put the yard over the top. It is truly an oasis now.

David was great to work with. They took the lead on working with our challenging HOA. We’ve done a lot of remodels over the years. This is the first time the finished product looks exactly like the design renderings.

We had a great experience with David Souza and Green Paradise. We had to fire the previous contractor. David responded well. His crew is professional. David has good design ideas and always listened to our input and understood what we were trying to achieve. He was responsive even when he had to go out of country. His staff took care of the project in his absence, and he was available to answer questions. When the brand-new pool heater did not work, he replaced it right away. He has been responsive to take care of any warranty issues. He is our go to contractor now. We highly recommend David for any pool, landscaping, or remodeling work.

These guys are amazing. We had open communication with them at all times. Our contractor was Bruno and did an amazing job coordinating with the different crews to make sure the job was done right. We had a few changes and hiccups through the process, but once I let them know of the issue, they fixed the problems immediately. Quality craftsmanship at a good price.

We had a 1,000 sq ft patio extension, stone bench, firepit, and planters put in. Everything was built to our satisfaction with high attention to detail. We love our new backyard.

Highly recommended!!!!!

I used Green Paradise for a couple of years and had a very poor service experience with mowing and yard maintenance. I had to constantly remind them to hedge, they rarely would remove weeds from the yard unless asked, and their finance dept. would send me multiple confusing invoices, sometimes 6-7 a month for the same services that were included in previous invoices. With all of that said, it was just as much work managing expectations that they promised from the start, and service invoices, than it was offloading my yard services.

Just this year I politely emailed and asked that someone reach out so that we could reset expectations and start fresh. Even though their crew had been out once to mow the yard, a couple of days later I received an email stating that they could no longer provide services due to "unforeseen logistical issues."

I would not recommend Green Paradise services to anyone seeking lawn care, hedging, and maintenance. I do wish them well, but regardless, this helps to prove it was time to move on to a more reliable, headache free service from another provider.

Green Paradise’s team is professional and can help you achieve your dream backyard. We were pleased with the experience and detailed work they did. If things were not to our satisfaction, they did not hesitate to make things right, which we truly appreciated. We have already received so many wonderful compliments about the work they did and we cannot wait to be able to host many special events in our new dream backyard!

I recently hired Green Paradise to bring my custom pool, patio, and outdoor kitchen to life. Their team executed the entire project with exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, and craftsmanship. The pool, patio, and kitchen came together beautifully, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. The project was completed on schedule, and the team was a pleasure to work with throughout. I highly recommend Green Paradise for anyone looking to transform their outdoor space into a stunning, functional retreat!

Green Paradise was a great partner to design and build our backyard! They brought their experience and shared the best option of materials and solutions! They were very organized throughout the building process, and even during the process they kept things pretty clean. They delivered the project on time, and were open to our comments to ensure the results were aligned to our expectations!

I recently had my outdoor patio and patio cover built by Green Paradise, and overall, I’m very happy with the final result. The craftsmanship is excellent, and the quality of materials used met my expectations. The team was professional, and the design turned out just as I had envisioned.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the project took longer than anticipated to complete. While I understand that delays can happen, better communication on the timeline would have been appreciated.

That being said, I would still recommend Green Paradise to anyone looking to enhance their outdoor space. If you’re not in a rush and value quality work, they’re a great choice!

We couldn’t be more pleased with the work done by Green Paradise Construction and Design! From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. A huge thank you to Nate and Abby for their exceptional customer service—always responsive, helpful, and professional.

The craftsmanship and attention to detail from their stone-work crew were equally impressive. Their professionalism showed in every step of the process, and they completed the job on time with minimal disruption.

Our newly rebuilt stone flower bed border looks fantastic—we’re extremely happy with the results and highly recommend Green Paradise for any landscaping or stonework needs!

My experience with Green Paradise was awesome David Souza came out to do the estimate on some stone work and at that time I asked him if the work would be completed by a certain date all the work was done prior to the date that I asked for and the crew did an awesome job including clean up when the job was complete.

Took an open patio and turned it into an enclosed Sun room.
They did a great job building out our vision and matching the existing concrete floor.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Green Paradise on several projects, and they consistently deliver top-quality work. Their team is professional, responsive, and truly knowledgeable when it comes to pool construction and design. They communicate well throughout each phase, stay on schedule, and make sure the final result exceeds expectations. We confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled pool builder. Looking forward to many more successful projects together!

I have been a General Building Contractor for 47 years, in commercial construction. I ended up hiring Green Paradise to extend our patio and living space with a barrel ceiling, fireplace and small pool. I was very impressed with their, quality and Team, their timing was as perfect. I will soon be building a new home and Green Paradise will be my outdoor contractor.

We had a positive experience working with David Souza and the Green Paradise crew. We were able to set up an initial consult fairly quick, and David provided a quick turnaround with impressive 3D and 2D renderings. Their landscape designer is AMAZING and blew us away! Once we decided to proceed, we received an estimate soon after. They were easy to work with, professional, ethical, flexible with changes that we made during the project, and they produce quality work and craftsmanship.

We appreciated that David escorted us around the wholesale nursery so we could view the plants in person. It helped make decisions on plants that he proposed that we were not familiar with and to determine size and price of plants that fit our budget. We left it up to his professional eye to later personally select each specimen, and he did a great job which you can see in the photos.

We finally have an outdoor living space where we are excited to entertain friends and family, but most of all... we love that we have a place of our own to relax and enjoy the peace and beauty that it brings us. It's truly the Japanese Zen garden that we dreamed of and much, much more. We highly recommend Green Paradise, and we would definitely consider using them for any future projects.

I recently used Green Paradise for a gazebo project. I had several quotes and I felt more comfortable with theirs because of the options presented, speed in which my questions were answered, and experience working in my neighborhood. My HOA is incredibly hard to deal with; however, GP did all the paperwork and submission, worked with the committee for approvals, and held my hand through the process. The work performed was permitted and inspected by the city as well. During the construction, surprises happened because we can't see underground; however, they were incredibly easy to work with and find a solution which in the end saved me time, money, and I am way happier with the outcome. My project wasn't the biggest but they treated me like a valued customer. Any changes I requested were handled same day. They provided quotes quickly and the office team was always very responsive. I couldn't be happier with the work done and will enjoy my larger patio and gazebo for years to come. Thanks Green Paradise team!!!

Our pool remodeling and backyard makeover project turned out fantastic. David and Denis were great people to work with and flexible as the design and project details changed along the way. I was kept aware of price changes throughout as our plans grew beyond the original scope. In the end, their team delivered a great pool and new outdoor living spaces including a new fire pit and fireplace. Highly recommend Green Paradise if you're considering a project like mine.

David. and Green Paradise did three jobs fr us in the last few years. They built a roofed patio addition, an awesome pool and a beautiful pergola. All were built with exceptional quality!

We hired Green Paradise to do a pool deck (limestone), a large standalone covered porch, some fencing around my pool equipment, irrigation, and some landscaping at the backyard. I gave them a design to work with and they did an excellent job in following thru it. Prices are reasonable and the quality of work is very good. My backyard is like a "paradise" now just like their company name. I highly recommend them to anyone who's looking to transform their backyard, would definitely consider using them for any future projects
