Electrical reviews in Frisco, Texas

My experience with Benchmark was fantastic. Scheduling the service calls was painless. The electricians showed up right on time for all three days they visited. Their work was stellar and completed right in line with the estimated time frame. They even addressed some issues that they discovered that a previous contractor had created. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone with confidence. Thanks so much to Glenn and Bryan!

We have used Benchmark for a new electrical panel install, all new outlets and switches, interior and exterior lighting, fans, and Ethernet wiring. Bryan has been great to work with across all of our projects and takes pride in his work. We highly recommend!

Glenn was professional, went above and beyond with the job we needed done, and extremely kind. Pricing was competitive, their system was state of the art, and Glenn was thorough in explaining everything that needed to be done. We will be using Benchmark for all our electrical needs moving forward.

Glen Bland and his associate were great. They clearly conveyed options, pros and cons, and related cost associated with each option. I appreciate the great work that they did!

Benchmark is very professional. They have upfront, transparent pricing. Their electricians are communicative, friendly, and courteous. My electrician was Bryan Fuentes. I described the issue I was having and he was able to fix my ceiling fan wiring without needing to pull new romex. Even if he had to pull new wire, the pricing was upfront so I knew exactly how I would spend. Their prices were reasonable, I didn't at all feel gouged. Bryan was in and out in about an hour.

Glenn from Benchmark was very professional and just knew his stuff. Besides doing a great install of a new ceiling fan. He educated me on the way. I highly recommend Glenn from Benchmark Electric

Bryan Fuentes is an excellent electrician. Not only did he address our current issue effectively, he also identified several preexisting issues, proposed solutions, and made those improvements. We are extremely pleased.

Bryan Fuentes was an exceptional electrician. He took his time accessing the job, did what he could day of and then came back to finish the job and give it the proper time it needed. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of work he provided. This is the second time I have used Benchmark and they are the only electrical company I will use going forward. I would have Bryan back to do any job in the future and will recommend Benchmark to anyone who asks.

I chose Benchmark as a referral and after reading all the race reviews. I was grateful to get Bryan. I had a breaker replaced, a whole house surge installed and a Smart light kit installed so we could operate a light switch from a different area. I also had him estimate 2 other jobs.
All work and quote were explained thoroughly and the work was completed in the same visit.
They honor their breaker box work with a 5 Years for parts and service.
I will absolutely use them again!

Great! They are very respectful and great at their job! 10/10!

We had 3 separate projects done in our home. Bryan F. was our electrician. He was on time. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this business. From the first call for a bid to the actual service, they're definitely a 5 star company.

My technician was Brian Fuentes. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. Went above and beyond what most electricians would have done to solve the mystery of a very complicated problem with a three switch box. Also dealt with several other minor issues along the way and still charged me the original price quoted. In my book, that is the sign of highly reputable and quality company.
This was my second time using Benchmark and I would highly recommend them.

Outstanding service by Glen! First time using Benchmark. I walked him through my issue, and he took a look in my attic. Priced out the diagnostic and repair and after I accepted, he found the faulty wiring issue which fixed a switch and 3 outlets. Additionally, He cleaned up another wiring issue caused by an unlicensed electrician. Extremely professional end to end, from shoe coverings to equipment and reasonable pricing. Also, kudos on your call center; down to earth and professional! Thanks again Glen… I highly recommend Benchmark! V/r Ray

Benchmark was fantastic! We had a semi-emergency and they got us in same day and Bryan was wonderful. He explained the problem and gave several options for fixing it. He went above and beyond and checked our garage box for us. 100% recommend!!

Bryan and his crew did an awesome job locating and fixing my electrical issues. They were helpful and experienced.

Glenn was an exceptional electrician who was able to troubleshoot quickly and find our power issue. With attention to detail and strong communication, we were able to get all of our companies lights back on. Thank you, Glenn!

We always use Benchmark Electrical Service to assist with our aging 40 year old home and its varied electrical upkeep. Glenn B has been out to our home for large and small projects and is extremely professional and knowledgeable! They have in the past replaced our FPE Panel and today we had a smart switch installed for our new LED pool light. He advises us on all options that are available and we are able to make an informed decision. I would personally, highly recommend Glenn B of Benchmark Electrical Service for any of your electrician related needs!
