Want to thank Resilient Power for coming in on weekend even though they don’t work over the weekend. The electrician who came was Erick, he was able to solve the problem with the EV charger and installation of a new one. Would definitely use them again.

Needed a plumber for a kitchen remodel in daughter’s house in The Colony, TX! Very responsive, did all work requested in timely and professional manner. Plumber noticed her HWH was old and needed replacement. Replaced it next day and brought it up to code!! Highly recommend!

Great response and service to our electrical problem. Michael is a very competent technician and did an excellent job installing our smoke detectors.

I want to thank Erick for the wonderful work he did fixing a lighting problem in my master bath. He completed the job in a timely manner and he answered all my questions. I also want to thank Vanessa for helping me set this up. Frisco Electric is now Resilient Power and Plumbing. Had a 50amp Generator interlock switch installed with breaker and an inlet on opposite side of garage. Kevin came out and did a great job and answered any questions I had about the service and then went over operation afterwards. Very pleased and I look forward to having some lights installed soon. **Plumber Service Review – Resilient Electric and Plumbing**

Our HOA had an excellent experience with Brayden M. From the first call to identifying the issue, he was professional, responsive, and thorough. Communication was clear, and scheduling was handled promptly with respect for our community’s needs.

The plumber arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and provided us with a clear explanation of the work required. Although the repairs needed another type service than his, Brayden continued helping our HOA find the proper service company. We appreciated the courteous manner and the extra steps taken to ensure the job was done right.

Overall, the service was reliable, reasonably priced, and exceeded our expectations. We would confidently recommend Resilient and Brayden for any plumbing needs within our community.

Vince and his team at Frisco Electric are the only electricians I trust for my residential and commercial projects. They do an outstanding job regardless of the size or scope of the project and warranty the craftsmanship and quality of their work.

This most recent project was adding two Craftsmade wet rated fans to my pergola including assembling and hanging the actual fans. Kevin and Keitron did an amazing job concealing the EMT conduit as much as possible.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I feel scammed by this company. They never mentioned about a separate visit fee charge $75 and a diagnostic fee charge of $617 on top of the visit fee. What's the purpose of visiting my property without doing anything, then asked for an approval to proceed with diagnostic service for an additional charge $617? For other companies, at least when the technician gets there, they could tell me what's the issue and if they need to perform additional test, there will be additional fee or estimate for repair. That's different than asking me pay $75 just for a tech to show up and provide zero information unless paying an additional $617 to look into what the issue is!!!

An outdoor outlet got fried due to rain. As a result, my GFCI outlet in that circuit tripped and wouldn’t reset. That same circuit also controls my water heater and freezer. I called Frisco Electric and they were able to come out within just a few hours to replace the damaged outlet and make sure everything else worked fine again. Great customer service, great communication and great electricians.

We love Frisco Electric. When I called I spoke with Vanessa. She was extremely personable and knowledgeable. She set up my appointment with William. William came out to my house on time and did an amazing job adding an electrical outlet above my fireplace. He was extremely friendly and efficient. We could not be happier with the quality of his work. My wife and I would highly recommend Frisco Electric to anyone!

The company I work for hired Frisco Electric to inspect and rewire a room in our building. The inspection process was very smooth and the technicians communicated the plan clearly. The work was performed by Erick and Michael, and they were both highly professional, personable, communicative, and friendly - I cannot speak highly enough about either of them. The work they performed was very high quality and I would not hesitate to hire this company again. I would recommend Frisco Electric to anyone needing plumbing or electrical work done.

My experience with Frisco Electric was great from the first phone call to the finished job. Vanessa took my call, addressed all my needs, made an appointment for a free estimate on the work. William was the electrician. He was here a couple days later, spent time, answered all my questions & was very knowledgeable. I approved the estimate & had an appointment within a week or so. The day of installation, William was right on time, knew exactly what to do & completed the work & cleaned up. I'm very happy with the result & will use Frisco Electric in the future as well as recommend them to my neighbors.

February 2023: Cole was dispatched and was swift with his troubleshooting. Within a few minutes, he identified the problem, communicated the options for fixing, kept me informed of the pricing and progress, and cleaned up his area after he was finished. This is why I choose frisco electric day in and day out!

July 2021: Curren and Jordan totally changed the exterior of our home. They installed an entry way light on an exterior ceiling that was well over 20 feet. They installed security lighting as well as uplighting on a large tree. Throughout the project they kept me informed on how things were progressing, if anything was going to be extra, and confirmed with me that everything was working prior to starting the next project.
Curren actually made 2 trips and he was very thorough and honest both times. From the estimate process to confirming the day before/day of the arrival times, I was extremely happy with my experience. Thanks to Vanessa as well.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. Ask for Curren or Jordan and leave electrical to the experts.

We recently started using Frisco Electric (now Resilient Power & Plumbing), due to our unhappiness with our previous electric services provider, and we couldn't be happier with the switch. Shaun and Michael did a great job installing several new LED lights. They were very professional, knowledgeable and on time.
