Great company! Super responsive & spent a ton of time getting our pool back in shape after our last company turned it green. We love their service.

I've been using executive blue pools for a couple years. I'm satisfied with service, Gavin does a good job taking care of my pool.

Wonderful company !
Have been cleaning my pool since 2021 and no complaints. Always on the schedule date if any changes they always give a heads up. If weather is going to get bad they always alert and let me know what to do. If anything stops working the owner Brian calls directly and explains the situation.
Would highly recommend.

I have been EXTREMELY pleased with Executive Blue Pools. They have been doing weekly maintenance on our pool for a couple of years, and they do an excellent job. The thing that sets them apart from other pool cleaning companies is their quick response to any problem. I will text them with a problem or concern and someone is usually at my house within a couple of hours to take care of it. I highly recommend this company!!

We have worked with about 4 different pool service companies over the past 10 years. I can say from experience that there will always be challenges with any company you use (service team turnover, inexperience, holiday schedules, etc), but we have landed on Executive Blue Pools and Brian's team. We have had a great experience with them and they have been responsive to any issues that we have had. I think that if you go in with the proper expectations of a pool service provider, Brian and his team meets/exceeds services in most areas. I'd recommend their services!

I had my pool acid washed by Executive blue pools due to a different co adding in too much copper which stained the pool surface. I also had them bead blast the calcium off the stone, as well as replace a few tiles and coping stones. It looks so much better! The calcium is a pain but they got it all off. They knocked out the entire project in two days, and showed up when they said they would. Brian was good to work with and responsive. He also helped me sort out an issue with my filter after the job was complete. I recommend executive blue pools, if I decide to hire a company for weekly service they’ll be the company I’ll go to as well.

We got started with Executive Blue Pools weekly maintenance service about 2 months ago, and what an improvement it has been from our previous service company! We were regularly seeing light algae buildup on our walls with our old provider and now our pool is consistently algae free. Their technicians brush down and vacuum the pool and do a wonderful job of keeping our water sparkling clean! We also love that we can count on them showing up the same day each week without fail- which isn’t true of all providers. We are glad we made the switch and are hopeful that service will continue to be this good:)

I honestly do not know what I would do without Brian and his phenomenal team at Executive Blue Pools. My husband passed away in May - right at the beginning of pool season and a friend recommended reaching out to Brian for help. He has gone above and beyond to keep my pool sparkling clean and took over everything for me. His team cleans my pool, checks my equipment and takes care of the chemicals each week. They also clean my filter and make repairs. I had an emergency this week after a big wind storm filled my pool with leaves and my equipment was acting weird. Brian and team came to my rescue - they got my equipment running and my pool all sparkly the same day. If you need help with your pool - reach out to Executive Blue Pools. I wouldn’t want to do pool life without them.

We’ve been using Executive Blue pools for several years now, and Brian and his team has been amazing every step of the way. Their team is always professional, friendly, and super reliable. Whether it’s regular maintenance or a repair, they get the job done right and leave our pool looking great every time.
What I really appreciate is how consistent they are—year after year, they show up on time and take care of everything with no hassle. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it shows.

I’d have to rate the service of this business as poor quality. There was work done on bigger projects that was alright and if you use them for big repairs you might be okay, but I really can’t say whether or not I was priced fairly compared to other pool businesses with similar services because I didn’t get other quotes to compare, so that’d fall on me as a customer. I can’t recommend the services of this business for pool cleaning. They came out for one month once a week and the pool never got in better shape. The business attempted to remedy the issue when communicated about our lack of satisfaction, but responses were quite slow. The need for our business didn’t come across as urgent or even needed at all. Communication for taking care of issues could’ve been improved, and then after getting multiple chances the business was not able to provide the services they offered and that us as customers paid for. The algae in the pool was not ever fully cleaned each week they came. Yet, when another business came, the situation was addressed, and communication was improved significantly. The pool was much cleaner and looks like a pool service cleaning company actually comes to clean the pool, as opposed to if you use Executive Blue Pools where your pool won’t look clean and inexperienced handlers will be at your property not properly trained. That’s what I gathered and concluded, but I could be wrong. My experience is only mine and from one property. With that being said, this business did not meet any expectations of ours or do services provided with a customer satisfaction rate based on what we paid them and what they stated on their website. For these reasons, I cannot recommend using this company’s services, unless you want a pool that constantly has some form of algae in it.

Horrible and disorganized company. They lack effective communication with customers and their staff. They do not arrive of scheduled times or days. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND

Erik and Brian did a fantastic job cleaning our home after flood repairs and a very messy drywall project. They were hardworking, efficient, and incredibly respectful of both me and my home. Our brick floors look great again, and I truly appreciated their attention to detail and professionalism. Highly recommend!
