As an HOA manager, I routinely have multiple projects going at once. CTB is always quick to respond to RFPs, emails, and phone calls. They are very transparent on when they would be able to submit an estimate and schedule work. If they are too busy to bid a project, they let me know as soon as I contact them. Once they are awarded a project, they let me know when it will be completed, send photos of the work, and stay in contact if there are any issues. They will meet me at properties to discuss the projects or to make any adjustments to the work that was done. They are always happy to revise estimates at my boards' requests and work to provide options to help communities stay within budget.

As an HOA community manager, I have used CTD for many construction projects in the community. I have never been disappointed in the quality of the work that they perform.

Called for a quote and shortly into the call I could hear them making fun of my accent. Eventually I got them to apologize but I would never support a business that openly makes fun of someone's accent. I'm telling all my Somalian friends about this business and hopefully they never get hired anywhere

This company provides the absolute worst valet trash service, through the name TRASH SERGEANT. YOU CAN SEE THE OTHER HORRIBLE REVIEWS IF YOU SEARCH THE NAME OF THEIR VALET TRASH SERVICE.. they reflect exactly what I describe in this review. This is my last resort. I’ve tried getting in contact with someone for OVER THREE WEEKS TO NO AVAIL.

IF YOU ARE AN APARTMENT COMPLEX OR PROPERTY OWNER LOOKING FOR A GOOD TRASH SERVICE, SPARE YOUR TENANTS AND YOUR PROPERTY AND LOOK ELSEWHERE. They will leave bags of trash ALL OVER your property, in various places, every single night. I see piles of bags they heaped somewhere, that they never collect, Every. Single. Night. THAT WILL BE A NIGHTMARE FOR YOUR PROPERTY TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH.

Not only that, but personally I follow the rules to T —no more than 25 lbs, one bag, in the provided bin, no tears, break down any boxes and put behind the bin, have it out before pickup time— and still they only pick up my trash HALF of the five trash pick up days, on a REGULAR BASIS. I call and call and call and get no answers. I’ve left so many voicemails and a call back number and they NEVER RESPOND. Is that the kind of service you are looking for, for your property? Do you want to have to deal with picking up the trash they leave behind and upset tenants every day because the company you hired won’t do their job or even provide customer service when they fail to do so? No, I don’t think so. There is a reason they have a terrible rating. I hope that once this contract ends, our complex finds a different company. I certainly will be taking time-stamped photos and sending it to the office every night of the disgusting mess they leave everywhere every night, along with photo proof of the weight/conditions of my bag. They literally picked up my bag and set it right back down Thursday night (Nov 13). Didn’t leave a note, because nothing was wrong. And when I went to take it out myself, I saw that they had picked up my downstairs neighbor’s trash (on the second floor) and JUST LEFT IT IN A PILE BY THE STAIRS STILL ON THE SECOND FLOOR. AND IT’S STILL THERE TONIGHT (Nov 20)!! I know exactly whose trash it was and which trash bins it came from, because I have to check before pickup who has trash out so that I can look back later to see if they skipped picking up my trash again (isn’t that great). Mind you, I am FORCED to pay for this service, otherwise I’d just take it myself every day. But since I HAVE to pay for this service, they need to do their damn job. For the last three weeks, these are the dates they didn’t pick up my trash during the Sunday-Thursday pickup days: Oct 29, 30, Nov 3, 6, 10, 13, 17 and 20. That is 2 out of 5 days they don’t pick up, every week, for four weeks straight. WHICH MEANS THEY DON’T PROVIDE THE SERVICE, I AM FORCED TO PAY, 40% OF THE TIME!

I’m posting pictures just from one single night, and only a couple of buildings close to me—i saw this just on the short trip to the dumpster. Lord knows what the rest of the property looks like right now. Just know that this is the level of service you can expect. This is an every single night occurrence, all over the property. And no they are not still here collecting, they left and this is what they’ve left behind. These are just the few spots I drove past in one.
