Cannot recommend Brandon and his team enough! I was referred to his business from the selling agent of our new house and we couldn’t be happier with the services provided. Brandon met me at the house same day to give an estimate, and has his team member Ashley come out 3 days later. She was incredibly friendly and punctual. She finished the job in just over an hour. We look forward to using them again in the future for any home needs we may have!

Brandon is very friendly and helpful. Ashley did a wonderful job restoring our bathroom and shower grout, fixing small tile crack and painting grout in our laundry room. Well worth the cost to make everything look brand new.

I found Grout Works in a Google search for grout repair and feel I won the lottery! Brandon responded promptly to the message I left and luckily was able to have Ashley come out the next day to take care of our shower. She was prompt, personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. I have used other companies that claim to clean and seal grout and I have been disappointed in the results and the “somewhat cleaner” grout does not last anytime at all and your back where you started. I saw a huge difference with Grout Works of Dallas. Brandon came out to see the Mold/Mildew that built up under the clear caulk around the glass door and the grout/caulk thinning to a point to leak behind the floor and walls. The job total was more but so was the professional, correctly done restoration of our entire shower with a guarantee. Two experienced technicians worked for 6 hours straight on my master shower and left it sparkling and the work area clean. We are very happy with the results and the companies professionalism. Thank you for a great experience!

GroutWorks team did a great work to fix our shower grout! Super friendly, reasonable quote and very prompt communication! They prepared everything ahead of time and finished all work in a day, left the area super clean! Ashley did amazing! Highly recommend!

I called to schedule grout restoration in our shower due to ants creeping in. Brandon promptly returned my call and soon after did a visit and inspection. We discussed the different treatments for both of the bathrooms. At the end of the same week, Ashley came to restore the shower grout and apply a preventative to the the overall grout in both bathrooms. Ashley was very professional and showed great attention to detail. The grout restoration looks amazing! I'm so pleased.

Our main shower was in desperate need of grout repair, cleaning and sealing. Brandon and Cat were both wonderful, from our initial contact with Brandon to the completion of work by Cat. Our shower looks awesome!! Cat did a great job replacing all the damaged/eroded grout and made the shower look new again. We truly appreciate the professionalism and quality of work that Grout Works of Dallas provided. Could not be happier and would highly recommend them!

Grout Works of Dallas does great work. Their team is quick and efficient. Brandon was clear and easy to talk to and work with and Ashley did an amazing job with the shower. Didn't take but a few hours and they were in and out.

We had high hopes of general clean up and fixing a problem with some bulging tiles in our primary shower. Unfortunately, this was not the case using Groutworks. We talked to Brandon and he came out looked at our shower and told us after touching the bulging tiles there was no water behind the few tiles that were bulging out and that all they needed was repairing and the cost would be $900 (which also included cleaning of the shower, replace caulking, repairing damaged grout). Trusting the previous reviews, we read we decided to move forward and hire them. He sent out one of his workers a few days later to do the repair and cleanup job. When she looked at the condition of the tiles she ask if she could pull out some of the bulging tiles – we said “Yes”. She said based on the smell and appearance there was water back there and pulled some more tiles and other materials from that same area. She said that area needed to be cleaned and then treated with Bleach and needed to dry out before repair could take place, so she left a fan blowing on it to dry for a number of days. At this time the price for the repair went from an initial estimate of $900 to $1100 and this was fine based on the additional discovery.

She said she would return in 4 to 5 days and that the repair & finishing the grout would take 2 more visits – well she returned 2 days later saying that Brandon was supposed to call us to let us know she was coming back. He did call but only after his worker called us from the visitor parking across the street and she was here to finish the work. So, she basically patches the area where the tiles have buckled – leaving them bulging out, cuts the Tile in our bathroom and spreads dust literally EVERYWHERE – we ask if the repair would hold but could not get a definitive answer. So here we are now with finished work that needs to be redone, and we are now out of $1100. We told Brandon that we were not pleased with the result and his response was "we didn’t make any money off this project and $200 was spent on supplies". Not offering any solutions but essentially wanting to get payment and "get out of dodge". We cannot have a shower look like that; it barely looks better than the original state. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. At this point, we are not sure they even had the skills to finish the job they started in a professional manner when we look at the results – very, very, poor.

Sorry for the long story but people need to know what to expect from Groutworks if they do work for you. You cannot say that you were not warned.

We had Grout Works out to clean and stain our grout in the kitchen and repair/stain the grout in the master shower. They were so professional and did an amazing job! Brandon was quick at responding and scheduling and Cat was a pleasure having in our house while she completed the work. I would definitely recommend!! The floors look new again!

They were thorough with their estimates and matched grout color exactly for a custom shower and bathroom floor. Ashley was meticulous and precise with the cleaning, application of the grout, and sealer. The finished product looks like a new shower and floors.

If you want your showers, tubs, and tiled floors to look brand new then you should hire this company! I expected great results based on reviews, but they exceeded my expectations! Brandon was able to come out and give me a quote the same day I called, and Ashley was a miracle worker on the grout and tile surfaces. From start to finish, they were amazing!

Highly recommend this company. Brandon came out and did assessment promptly. Was impressed with his presentation and it didn’t disappoint. Ashley the tech was phenomenal. Very pleasant and explained procedure. I even left the house while she worked because I was so comfortable. She finished before I got back, by called later to be sure I was satisfied and to ask if I had any questions. She explained how to maintain cleanliness and was vey helpful. Will recommend them to my friends!!!!!
