I had a very pleasant phone call with Angela to book the deep cleaning. Angela is very warm and friendly! We had new flooring put in. There was dust from ceiling to floor. The cleaning team showed up on time, which was greatly appreciated. They did an outstanding job !!! Love the little touches - the decoratively folded Kleenex, toilet paper and blankets on the bed. I used Tidy Mais of Frisco for the first time as a rental move out clean for both the house and the carpets. I was so impressed it won't be the last time I use this company. The house shines and the carpets, though old, looked like they couldn't be cleaner. Excellent teams and very professional.

Tidy MIds are always professional , friendly and excellent cleaners. Way better than I could do myself!! And they work quickly. They also do extra touches like fancy towel folding, flowers on toilet paper roll etc. Highly recommend !

I requested a whole house deep clean. I also added the service to clean all windows on the inside. The team was prompt in arrival and cleaned very throughly. Ceiling fans, baseboards, lights, etc were all cleaned. I have used Tidy Maids several times for deep clean over a period of several years and have never been dissappointed with the service. It is always a great experience to walk in to a house that has been cleaned so well with attention paid to detail! I think the value of the service is very reasonable for the amount of effort required.

We love Tidy Maids! We have been using their services for 3 months now, and each time the crew is on time, efficient, and attentive to every detail. I had to reschedule a future service while my family is out of town, and the administrative office was quick to reply and so easy to work with. I feel that the price is fair, and worth every penny.

Couldn’t be happier with Tidy Maids of Frisco. The crew did an awesome job and the house looked great when they were done. It was a tough move-out clean and they handled it like pros. You can tell they actually care about doing a good job.

I’ve tried a couple other “reputable” cleaning companies with 5-star reviews before and they didn’t even come close to the level of work Tidy Maids did. I’m usually pretty picky about this stuff and they still crushed it. If you need a move-out clean or just a solid, reliable cleaning crew in general, these are your people. I’ll definitely be using them again.

Used Twice — Decent but Can Be Improve

I recently used their deep cleaning service for my apartment. The cleaners were polite and did a generally good job overall and much better than last time, but there were a few issues that left me disappointed, especially given the price (around $200 for a deep clean single apartment ).

1. Used cleaning supplies were left on my chair while they worked in the living room.
2. The bed area wasn’t fully cleaned.
3. A few spots were missed and I had to point them out during the cleaning.
4. This is now the second time they’ve used my personal trash bags, even though customer service had previously assured me it wouldn’t happen again.
5. Customer service is helpful when reached, but response times can be slow.

I’ve used them twice now, and while the service is decent, I expected more consistency and attention to detail for the cost. Hopefully they improve moving forward.

Would love to keep using this service and would be happy to bump up this review if they address these issues in the future
