Five stars!!!!!! It’s refreshing in north Texas to come across a business that is responsive, friendly, professional and competent in their craft! I notified CPP of a significant leak in my pool equipment this morning and by this afternoon they had a team in my yard fixing it so I didn’t have to worry about it over the weekend! If you need a pool maintenance company this is the one you need!

Cool Pool People are amazing. We have used them for several years and have been so impressed with their customer service. They always respond quickly and go above and beyond. We recently needed some stones repaired on our pool and the company they partner with came the next day. Yesterday, our landscaping company cleaned our gutters and created a mess in our pool. Cool Pool People just happened to be here at the same time. I told the technician not to worry about cleaning the pool. He said "it's no big deal" and called his counterpart to help him. I was so impressed. I highly recommend them.

Without a doubt the best pool service ever! Technicians are highly trained and responsive to any issues that need attention. We know we can depend on our technician David to attend to our pool and alert us when anything out of the ordinary occurs. Todd and Chancey were extremely helpful with a problem I have had for years with my pool sweep. They are very generous with good advice on topics that they have a lot of knowledge. I found them on their youtube channel by chance and then discovered they are in the far N Dallas area thankfully. Highly recommend.

We have experienced good pool companies but Cool Pool People has set the bar far above the rest.....best pool company I have worked with. Jason is our pool expert and we trust him.

Weekly pool maintenance best I’ve seen! Same -technician service promotes continuity and consequently improved pool quality. This is our fourth service company and it will be our last-don’t want anyone else near the pool! Minor maintenance issues completed quickly and expertly and charge was most reasonable.

My wife left a review, but I wanted to leave one as well. If you're in the Frisco, Prosper, Celina area, USE THIS COMPANY. I can't begin to tell you how amazing they have been. Rain, sleet, scorching sun, you name it, they're here. Steve is their engineer. He's fixed several small electrical issues with our pool over the years, he is top notch. Chancy is absolutely amazing. I've never had this kind of service from any other vendor. Their rates are competitive and our pool looks amazing year round. The chemicals are always on point, and the equipment is inspected on a weekly basis. Six stars!

Chancy and the incredible team at Cool Pool People have made pool ownership a delight instead of a chore. Their quick service replies, up to date service information, and sound pool advice keep our pool sparking year round. The pool techs, office staff, repair crew, and ownership make you feel like you are their only customer. That's a big ask for a company servicing 960 weekly pool customers! Best pool care company hands down. Courteous and professional in every aspect. Always going extra to make sure our pool is in top shape. If they see something not right they are on it immediately. Best of all is the communication skills of every person we have ever dealt with, from the owner Todd to Chancey his right hand, to Steven our pool tech to the office staff. We are so fortunate to have them!
