While driving in Starwood neighborhood in frisco, truck number 21 was driving very very reckless in the neighborhood, I was getting things out of my car and about had my door blown off by this crazy driver! If the drivers are this way on the road I would hate and be very scared to see how the act in the backyards of customers they service! Very un acceptable! Would not hire this company just due to seeing the insane driving actions of this young man.

CPP is absolutely the best service company we’ve used to maintain our pool. Fast and professional follow-up, and they do an extremely thorough job of cleaning the pool, and maintaining the correct pool chemistry. We chose CPP because our previous service company was neglecting needed repairs. Within a week of being a customer, CPP completed all repairs needed to get our pool back in good working order (controller, pool pump, filters, pool chemistry). Their pricing was the same or lower than other service vendors. Thank you to Chancy and Eric for all of your help. And thank you to Jim and Keith from Bussing Pools (referred by CPP), for your help in replacing the control panel. A+++

I had an excellent experience with this company. I submitted a request on their website after finding good reviews on Reddit. They reached out by text and included the servicemen in the chat so communication was very clear. (I actually contacted a few companies whose first response was to send me an invoice with no explanation or prior contact.) They identified a leak quickly and scheduled me for a repair the following weekend. Everything went smoothly. The repair was complete and the concrete work looks better than I expected. I don’t have any complaints. The repairmen I met were good people. Pricing was upfront and fair. I would recommend using them.

I switched to Cool Pool after "snowmageddon" a few years ago. The pool service I was using was NOT helpful (as my pool froze over like an ice skating rink). My (old) pool guy actually said "sorry I'm out of town". So, I made a change... and I have never been happier. They come when they say, they are professional, trustworthy and courteous, they immediately address a problem and get it solved. Their communication is amazing and that is so hard to find these days. I also know that they treat their team well -and I love that in a company. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality service.

Cool Pool People has been treating us like family for many years. David, our technician, always takes such great care of our pool and replaces worn out parts as needed. He has been at our home EVERY WEEK WITHOUT FAIL for YEARS. He plays with our dog each week and she looks forward to his arrival every Thursday! Recently, we had an issue with our stand alone hot tub, and Chancy found a technician to help us within the hour! We feel truly lucky to have Cool Pool People on our side taking such good care of one of our biggest investments- our pool.

We’ve been with Cool Pool People for several years now, and after experiencing 3 other pool maintenance companies, CPP is by far the best. The owners/staff take pride in their work and it shows. We’ve been supported through all kinds of weather conditions; snowmageddon was the most scary and CPP was on-call throughout. Most recently are the high winds causing an unusual build up of fine dirt & debris on all the flat surfaces. I’ve never seen this before so have been trying to brush the plaster through the week as well, but it just keeps building up. I expected my normal weekly service, but big kudos to my tech, Chap, for going above & beyond, spending extra, extra time sweeping and cleaning my pool this week. If you are looking for a pool maintenance company (or even already have one), I highly recommend Cool Pool People!!!

We have had the very best of pool care with Cool Pool People. Our pool has never operated better, looked better and the attention to detail is like a white glove service. Their routine maintenance service makes you feel like a VIP. They were recommended by a neighbor, first class all the way.
