Amazing Cleaning Service!! Not only does VIP do a great job, but they are super flexible. I give them dates a quarter in advance and they always work with my irregular schedule. Some cleaning services will try to force you into a schedule that may not work, eg weekly or every other Tuesday. VIP works with me. Moreover, they will focus on certain areas when asked. Responsive and professional. Strongly recommend this team!! No Dust Bunnies either...

There’s so many cleaning companies out there now, it made it so hard to know who to choose. Unfortunately it took a couple tries to find the best fit for me & my home. Once you have the best it’s so easy to see the difference in quality, professionalism, attention to detail & great customer service. Veronica is that & more! I am very particular, I like things a certain way & detailed. I also use all clean/organic products due to health issues & sensitivities. Not only was she willing to work with me on my specific needs, she uses all my clean products & respectfully understands why that’s important to me. We have respect for each other’s professions & have also become friends. I look forward to her being in my home every week…and if she is out for any reason, it’s a noticeable absence in my home, that’s how essential she has become to me & my family! Not many cleaning professionals will take on a client or “level of standards” I have. Instead of dismissing me as a client, she chose to work together with me to figure out how to make it work best for both of us. To me that is a level of exceptional customer service you will rarely find, in any type of contracted work. Also, let me just add, I’m not an asshole about what I am requesting, I respect her time, & hard work & the value she puts on that, which is why she chose to work with me. Let me also add that her prices are not only compatible in the market, they are extremely reasonable & for the quality of work you’re getting it’s not apples to apples with most other companies. She works fast & efficient, but also pays close attention to small details. I highly recommend Veronica w/ VIP Cleaning!

We were impressed by how quickly Veronica cleans but over time we discovered lots of things were being missed. The next set of people we hired pointed out what a poor job she had done and showed us all the missed areas. Every time I mentioned in email that she could be doing a better job they referenced "deep cleaning" as if dusting isn't part of it or getting rid of cobwebs between baseboards and the floor. I'll attach a picture of a room I did not go into for months only to find out that she never dusted anything at all in there.
Most of the time she was in a very foul mood and when we would ask her to do something she would roll her eyes and throw her head back. Very unapproachable and lots of attitude which we really don't want in our own house. We've hired you, we expect you to treat us with dignity and respect.
Her girlfriend that's doing the emailing isn't much better.

Really professional and house smells really nice once done! I also have a dog and Veronica greets him with love!! Ever since I tried her out the first time I haven’t gone back and continue coming back for her service

Veronica has been cleaning for us for about a year and she does a great job!! When I need her to give a little extra attention to an area, she is always willing to go above and beyond. Plus, I have needed her to change days due to unexpected appointments and she has been fantastic at accommodating to my schedule. We have a shelter dog we adopted 2 years ago and our dog has been petrified of every cleaner we had until Veronica started cleaning for us. The first time she came to our home, our dog ran right into her arms. She loves dogs like we do. You can’t go wrong with hiring Veronica to clean for you.

The character of the owners and employees at this pool company is extraordinary. They provide reliable weekly service to our pool and have never had any issues like dirty pool, green pool or other issues we had with other companies. Plus, they provide tips for cold weather and also provide the support to repair pool issues due to weather events if applicable. Overall a solid company we trust, excellent communication and worth it! They send a weekly email report of the service and always provide details and photos as needed. They’re also available via text if we need anything.

Cool Pool People are totally Amazing! They take time to tell you exactly what is going on with your pool and how to correct it. They are thorough and pays great attention to every detail. Can’t say enough great things about this team! I’m a first time pool owner and we had a freeze within months of buying the house. They were not only reaching out proactively to customers - they were available by text during the worst of it!! That kind of service is almost unheard of these days!
