Chad did an amazing job. There is a reason why he has 5 stars. I had him clean my wood floors and grout before I moved in. Before you could feel the dirt and grime as you walked on them. Now they are so clean with a nice satin shine. 10/10 would recommend.

I like the tile that I chose when I redid my floors but I made the mistake of letting someone recommend a grout without testing it first. So I ended up with a dentist office white grout on my floors that lasted all of five minutes with my dogs. The guys came in, cleaned to the max and stained the grout a beautiful dark and earthy grey-brown. They are so professional and detailed, I am so relieved I love my tile again!!!

Chad is a top-level professional with all right kinds of equipment. In our house, he cleaned both tile and concrete floors and restored colors of the grout between the tiles. Job well done, with attention to details.

Chad, from Refresh Floors, cleaned and sealed my tile floors and made them look absolutely fantastic! I use the Bissell Crosswave on my floors but they never seemed to look clean. A friend recommended Chad so I called him. He came the next day and performed magic! My floors look brand new! Even the grout! I cannot give him a high enough recommendation! Call him and be amazed!!!

We had a fantastic experience with this company! The owner was super friendly and did all the work himself. He did an excellent job cleaning, coloring, and sealing our grout, and truly went above and beyond to make sure it looked exactly the way I wanted. His attention to detail and pride in his work really showed.

When we later discovered that the grout lines from our newly installed floors (done by a different company) weren’t done properly, he even offered to come back and clean those lines again once the installers fix their mistakes. That level of customer service is rare and so appreciated.

I only put one star because I had to. Zero stars! Opens at 8. I was there at 8:30, sign on the door said they’d be back by 9. They weren’t. I left at 9:30 I tried calling no answer.

Don’t bother with this place. It’s clearly located in some abandoned warehouse. NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE THERE. Don’t bother leaving a voicemail either. No one cares to listen or call you back. Avoid this place. SMH.

The stains are out. Very pleased especially with our technician, Brian Barrett. He was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Well done.

I paid for services through Groupon. They were scheduled to come out twice and never showed either time. I attempted to call and left several messages, but again no response. This is not a reliable company.
