Easy to schedule but awful service and customer service. Charged $275 for a deep clean with no improvement. Spent less than 30 min at my house. When I called afterwards, said it would be better when dry. Stain was still there after drying so I called back and was told “a manager will call you back both times.” No response. I did better work with my Bissell green machine and carpet cleaner.

we are always so happy with the carpet cleaning service we get! luke is always quick to answer the phone or call back if needed. we usually have our carpets cleaned every six months because we have two kids and two dogs inside. recently, we got a stain i just couldn't get out. i called luke in the morning and he gave me an appointment two weeks away, but said he'd try to come sooner if possible. within a couple hours, luke contacted me and was able to send someone over that same day! wesley is always great to work with too. he even left us some spot cleaner in case the stain comes back. we really appreciate the excellent service and will keep coming back.
