I booked an appointment today feeling great about getting my apartment cleaned. They gave me a text reminder saying that the maid was on here way in 30 minutes. I gave her specific instructions where to park because the building is confusing. She ends up ignoring all my calls and security tells her to leave cause she ended up on the third floor. Turns out she does not speak any english. I call the manger who was who said i was a racist on the phone when I asked if could have an english speaker explaining I have many vintage and valuables items that i need worked around. He threaten me saying he was gonna release the phone call cause it’s recorded thinking somehow that would make me a racist. The dude on the phone is out of his mind and i’m not sure how this businesses is running if he is really at the helms.

I’ve been using The Maid Place for several years. I can rely on prompt communication and a clean house. I’ve had the same crew as well. They are trustworthy!

I have left a 5 star review before, but 8 years later of them being our only cleaning team i just wanted to say again they are indeed 5 stars. Shows consistency even over time. Reliable, efficient and fair pricing. Love our same crew every month. They know our home. The owners, Amanda and her husband , work with us on scheduling and other details. Since we travel often we feel secure in their hands after all these years !

I cannot recommend The Maid Place enough! I was interested in biweekly cleaning so I started with an initial cleaning to see how everything went and I will DEFINITELY be scheduling biweekly moving forward! I spoke with the owner Amanda to set up the appointment, very easy no issues at all. Christian and his team showed up during the projected window for my appointment and they were amazing! They cleaned my 2600sq ft home in under 90 min, and it was spotless! I’m talking baseboards, windows, fans, flooring, bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen PLUS my microwave and double ovens which I didn’t even expect!!! They were very thorough and FAST! For me to do all the cleaning that they did would’ve taken an entire day alone. Do not hesitate to call them!!

We recently hired The Maid Place, and Team Martha did an outstanding job. We live in a townhome with three levels, and the team of four tackled it with care and efficiency. Three of them started on the top floor while one focused on the kitchen, then they all worked their way down. Every room was left spotless.

I also had the chance to speak with David, the owner, afterward. He was friendly and professional, and we discovered we’re both originally from New York. S
mall world! It’s clear he takes pride in his business and truly values his customers.

Just had the maid place clean my home and the ladies were super nice and do exceptional work. I paid a little more than what I’ve paid in the past , but it was honestly worth it. I’ve been super conscious of my budget lately since I starting back working after a year following my previous companies layoff. With that in mind, I did appreciate the pricing communication so that I had an idea of what to expect for future booking.

I hired Main Place for a post-remodel cleaning of a home we were preparing to sell, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Their communication was excellent, and they were incredibly prompt, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process.

Scheduling was a breeze, and they were very accommodating with our timeline. The team arrived right on time and got straight to work, leaving the place spotless. Their pricing was also very reasonable, especially for the high quality of service they provided.

The whole process was great! Calling to set up service was friendly and easy. Carmen was incredibly friendly and thorough. I still had stuff to move out and and errands to run -- I felt very comfortable leaving her there. She and my cat got along, which was a huge plus. I needed to get on the road before she finished and she assured me that I could leave her there since all she needed to do was close the door on her way out. She sent me pictures of the final product and was incredibly friendly. I would 100% recommend them, especially for their move-out service.

We Used This Cleaning Service. The Quality of works Are absolutely Perfect. Originally, I was thinking that I could Do cleaning myself. However, I should admit that Cleaning is combinations of art and Skilled Experience to make it in High Quality and efficiency. When I am not good at something like Cleaning, I learned with this High quality work that I saw from Maid Place that it is Better to give this Job to Company that has hired Best skilled Professionals that can not only Do the job very Efficiently but also with High Quality service that Before and after areas have huge differences. We recently hired the Maid Place for a deep cleaning right before listing our home for sale. Martha’s team came and did an outstanding job. They were right on time for their appointment, were fast, efficient, and thorough. The entire house looked great and smelled wonderful when they were finished. I would definitely hire them again.

This house is very old (I’m talkin 1920s) but it smells very new in here!!! I’m so happy 🥺 They are straight to the point with pricing- no bs. Carmen did such a good job. Will be using them again!!!!

He explained what was included in the cleaning....We had Norma's team...Karen did a good job in the kitchen area and did a nice job cleaning the oven...The girl that worked on the guest bathroom did a great job and left it sparkling clean...the girl that did the master bath left it ok...all in all they did a good job and I would recommend The Maid Place....Thank you David and cleaning staff....

The Maid Place customer service is by far the best and accommodating! David, the owner, worked his magic with his team on my last minute emergency cleaning for my newly rented apartment. I was not about to move into this unit without a deep clean! With less than 12 hour notice they made it happen!

Carmen, the maid, took on my request for a 7am consultation. She got right to work and kept me updated while I was at work. She did a fantastic job! She also took it upon herself to keep me in the loop on who was coming in and out of my unit. (Maintenance and Pest control) Carmen made sure to let me know when they left and what all they did!
Wow, talk about first class customer service and care for my new home! So grateful I found this cleaning service! I will be using them again!
