Reviews of local pros in Frisco, Texas

Jason was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. He did a great job of laying out all of our options and helping us every step of the way.

Jose came by and cleaned our ducts and did an incredible job!

Nathan was amazing! He is super thorough and friendly! Best service experience ever!

First, I have to say about the Legend AC/Heating was they worked me in scheduling a late afternoon appointment for a heating issue. Just got the pleasure of having Josh in our home to look at by our heating unit wasn’t working properly. Josh greeted me with a huge smile, he was super courteous, like overwhelming courteous and professional. Spoke with me on what was going on and being experienced with our heat. After his inspection, troubleshooting and my anticipated expectation of an expensive bill puckering he gave me the news. The wires to the thermostat connection seemed to not be connected / seeded well. Fixed! I also HIGHLY recommend their annual membership which is great when these type service calls are needed. This type customer service is exactly why I told Milestone, their annual service charge, over priced service and sales tactics buuubbbyye. I finally found a good quality “customer oriented” company in Legend. Thank you! And THANK YOU Josh! You were absolutely outstanding and such a pleasure to talk to and superior customer service.

Christian and Gerardo came out today to install our new unit. They were very friendly, professional, and did a great job. The areas that they worked were left very clean too. I highly recommend these two technicians if you need some work done. Wish you the best guys!

Jason and Steven were great to work with. Very professional, thorough and courteous. Pricing was similar to competitors we were looking at, but the professionalism shown by Legend Air is what sealed the deal for us as they will be the ones servicing our system in the long run. Thank you!

Legend hearing and cooling had been great for me over the last 3 years. Today I had my annual inspection and my guy Luis was exceptional. He gave me the recommendations and also made sure I understood everything that he was doing as he was doing. I value honesty and high integrity and the team here have provided me with that. Great service all the way around!

I originally discovered Legend Air through a Yelp review 7 years ago when we needed to have our AC unit replaced. I was very impressed with the company then so I had no problem when we received a call asking about cleaning service now.

Little did I know Mr Nate would show up as our technician and go above and beyond as our rep. He was kind, patient, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained things so thoroughly in a way that anyone can understand what is going on. He never rushed me. He was always willing and even glad to answer my many questions about what our needs are for our repairs and cleaning.

I knew we were in good hands both with the company and with Mr Nate. He spent a great deal of time and care to ensure that both my husband and I understood but also that we had peace of mind. I was very impressed with his professionalism and heart for what he does. I literally told him he had a gift for what he does and not everyone would be as kind and attentive and knowledgeable as he was with us today.

I knew before today that I was loyal to Legend Air, but thanks to Mr Nate I will be sure to recommend and refer as often as I can as he took such tremendous care of us today.

Thank you Legend Air and thank you Mr Nate.

Nathan came out same day when our ac wasn't cooling. He was really personable and pleasant to talk to, and had the ac working again super quickly. Great service & much appreciated!

Our spa was losing water constantly and we couldn’t figure out why. Mr. Pool Leak Repair located the leak fast and fixed it at a reasonable price. Everything has been working perfectly since then.

Absolutely outstanding service from Pro TV Mounting Plus! They were able to provide and install the TV mount and a new outlet the same day I called. Super friendly, very reasonably priced, and the quality of work was excellent. Everything looks perfect and professionally done. Highly recommend!

Tony came to work on a gap under a post on my patio. He was quick and did the job really well. He was also very knowledgeable and had a friendly personality. I'm happy with All Hands on Deck!

I called after noticing a steady drop in our pool water and couldnt pin it down. Cody came out and located the leak fast, then walked me through what was going on. The fix was handled smoothly and everything has been holding up great since.

Second time using Mr. Electric and we are blown away! Had a chandelier removed and replaced with a ceiling fan. Carlos was quick, efficient and knowledgeable. Greatly appreciate his service and look forward to working with the company again in the near future.

Finally found an electrician who doesn't charge an arm and a leg just to show up. I've had issues with our outdoor outlets for months, and I was honestly worried it’d be a huge project. The guy who came out was great he found the problem behind the siding pretty quick and just got it done. No extra fluff or trying to upsell me on stuff I didn't need. It’s nice to actually have working lights on the porch again. Definitely keeping their number.

I called Texas True Appliance Repair to install pedestals for my LG washer and dryer set, and I’m so glad I did. It’s a tricky job to lift those machines, but the team was careful, efficient, and made sure everything was perfectly level and secure before they left. Great communication and fair pricing. I’ll definitely be calling them for any future appliance needs!

I had the subfloor and tile replaced in my bathroom. Tony and his crew did a great job, and would recommend them. Thanks Tony

We had a fantastic experience with Tony at AHOD Construction and Handyman Services! He completed a variety of projects in our home including painting, caulking, patching walls, and several other repairs. Every detail was handled with care and professionalism.

Tony is extremely reliable, honest, and easy to work with. He showed up when he said he would, communicated clearly, and made sure everything was done right. The quality of his work truly shows — our home looks so much better!

It’s not always easy to find someone you can trust in your home, but Tony is absolutely someone we would hire again without hesitation. We highly recommend AHOD Construction and Handyman Services to anyone looking for dependable, high-quality work.

5-Star Review – Beautiful Backyard Living
After meeting with four different companies for our patio extension and custom stone flower bed edging, we selected Beautiful Backyard Living (BBL) — and without hesitation, it was the right decision. To us, they were the best.
From the very beginning, owner Bobby Craven impressed us with his “can-do” attitude and his kind, courteous nature. He truly listens and approaches each project with professionalism and integrity.
Zachary Craven was instrumental in helping us refine the design and navigate the HOA application process. His guidance made what could have been a complicated approval process smooth and stress-free.
Austin Craven, our Project Manager, ensured everything was executed with precision. Communication was clear, timelines were respected, and the crew maintained a clean and organized job site throughout the project.
The transformation of our home speaks for itself.
In the backyard, what was once a standard builder slab with grass running to the edge is now a fully extended patio with a beautifully crafted stone half-wall and countertop that functions as an outdoor kitchen and gathering space. The concrete finish is clean and level, and the transition between the original slab and the extension is seamless.
The stonework is exceptional. The stone selection perfectly complements our home’s exterior masonry — so much so that it genuinely looks like it was built with the home from day one. The capstones, mortar joints, and alignment show real craftsmanship and attention to detail.
In the front yard, the custom stone flower bed edging added architectural structure and curb appeal. It transformed a basic landscaping bed into a refined, finished feature that enhances the entire elevation of our home.
BBL didn’t just meet expectations — they exceeded them at every level. After evaluating four companies, we are confident we chose the very best team for the job. The quality of workmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail delivered outstanding value for the investment we made. We would hire them again without hesitation and strongly recommend Beautiful Backyard Living to anyone who wants their outdoor project done right the first time.

We had an outstanding experience with Beautiful Backyard Living from start to finish. They handled all of our concrete work and patio extension, built-in BBQ grill, and electrical work, and the results exceeded our expectations.

Deanna was phenomenal to work with — her attention to detail, responsiveness, and willingness to answer questions and take feedback made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Communication was consistent, clear, throughout the project.

The quality of the work speaks for itself, and the finished space has completely transformed our backyard.

If you’re looking for a team that delivers high-quality work, great communication, and a true customer-first approach, I highly recommend Beautiful Backyard Living.

Rich was very quick, professional, and even discounted my visit. He was able to quickly troubleshoot the problem with my frigidare refrigerator and it was fixed within 5 minutes! I would highly recommend Texas True Appliance Repair...I lost no food! Thank God!

I had an incredibly smooth interaction with Mr. Pool Leak Frisco. I called and a wonderfully nice man named Christian answered the phone and was able to quickly able to get Cody and Ricardo out to my house. Getting ready to sell and found a leak in our pool, and they took such great care of us! I could not have found a better experience in my opinion, thank you again guys!
