So Granite & More did our master bath remodel years ago. The end result was beautiful....but thats where the compliments end!
Eventually we would go to take a shower and there would be little chunks of grout in the floor of the shower that had fallen off the wall, or we would be sweeping the floor and there would be grout that had fallen off the wall. Then at some point we started hearing a knocking sound when we would turn on the water pretty much anywhere in the house....especially when we used the washer to do laundry. We tried to locate the sound but it echoed in so many places.
Eventually I started to notice the bathroom was just slowly falling apart. Not overnight, just little things here and there. Most noticeably the missing grout and tiles not sounding solid, like they were hollow and loosing up.
We finally decided we were going to remodel the bathroom again. And thats when we quickly found out why. They had installed all the tile with minimum amounts of thinset, and when they ran out of thinset, they used grout to mount the tile to wall. The whole wall was about to come crashing down. When our latest remodel began we were able to just pull most of the tiles off the wall, and some just fell off. There was also no waterproofing agent used, none of the seams were sealed, and lastly, the plumbing was not secured tightly and thats what eventually worked its way loose and caused the knocking sound.
Needless to say, it was an absolute disaster and we're very lucky the wall didn't come crashing down on us while showering.
We paid good money to have Granite & More remodel our master bath, and they cut every corner they could to save on materials to increase their profits. So what you see on the surface may not reflect what's really going on when you hire them.
Use extreme caution!!

I faced a minor electrical emergency at home when an outlet began smoking and sparking. After safely turning off the breakers, I contacted Big State Electricians. They promptly arrived within a few hours and resolved the issue swiftly. Their service was exceptional, and I valued their expertise. I highly recommend Big State Electricians for any electrical needs.

Based on the recommendation from a friend in our Bible study class, my wife and I made the right choice and hired Casa & Co., to replace our cracked and dated Corian type counters with quartz and also replace the backsplash. Javier managed the work and he was very attentive to our wants and dates for completion. The countertop demo and replacement was handled in a single day and the backsplash was a couple days due to the nature of laying tile. We also had our sink replaced which included all the plumbing hook-ups. The entire team worked great and only took lunch breaks. Painting the cabinets white is next, but my wife and I will tackle that job. The pictures with the gray countertops are the after photos.

Jeremy can do anything! He’s done countless things around our house including exterior and interior work. Always high quality and he will stay until the job is done!

Could go on and on but if you are reading this you should call him rather than looking for someone else!

I have used Jeremy a couple times and recommended him as well. He takes his time to ensure the best solution is discovered and executed. He is honest and priced fairly. On top of all this, he is very kind.

I can’t even begin to describe what a great job Jeremy did for us. He built custom shelves, installed new lights, renovated our main bathroom, and gave us an additional circuit to our garage so we could safely use our second refrigerator. Call him to see what he can’t do!

I was skeptical about going solar as this is my first home and was not sure if it is worth the investment. Jacob patiently answered all my questions and gave me by far the best pricing. Entire process from calling Jacob to getting the panels installed was super quick and took less than 10 days. I would recommend Trojan to anyone without a second thought.

I asked for help cleaning the issue with my dryer as I explained the problem which pointed towards the dryer vent needing to be cleaned. Ironically the guy on the phone says "We don't do it", then hangs up the phone. I'm still confused, alarmed, disappointed, perturbed! Why would you call your business Dryer Vent cleaning, then hang up on people who call you to clean their dyer vents?

Great job, came right out, showed photos of inside the ductwork and explained what was needed and the price before he started. I thought the price was good for the complicated job of a two-story house with a vent that went up between the first and second floor. Showed photos of completed work as well. I would definitely recommend.

Chad and team provided exceptional service and beautiful results. Kim is the best interior designer in DFW! She asked questions to get a feel for my design style and helped me select my beautiful finishes. The renovation was completed in a relatively fast timeframe. We replaced the countertops and backsplash in our kitchen. I was thinking of selling my home but I love my kitchen so much that I’m giving it second thoughts.

Doubled price after quote to clean out dryer vent. Unable to show up at house on schedule. Would not recommend

We used Granite and more to give our kitchen a much needed facelift and their team came through and delivered the most beautiful kitchen! From Kim’s design through carpentry, painting and installation we couldn’t have asked for a better team. They were very responsive, flexible and just all around nice people.

Expensive, but he did a fabulous job and was very friendly.

I enjoyed working with Kim at Granite and More. I’m sure our job wasn’t as big as some others they were working on. However, our renovation was just as important to her. Loved being able to take samples home to see what they looked like in my home. When I found a tile I liked online, Kim, located and had delivered, within 2 days, samples of the tiles I wanted to see. I never felt pressure to do anymore work than what we had budgeted. Our 1995 kitchen looks so different.

OUTSTANDING! I can't say enough about the phenomenal customer service we received for our carpet installation on our stair steps - super responsive and very professional - and the quality of the workmanship was absolutely SUPERIOR! The owner, Ricardo, is actively involved in his business and it's obvious he has a happy, dedicated crew. I would highly recommend AHOD Construction Services to anyone and everyone and we'll definitely be repeat customers!

Signed up for a new Solar system for my house - it is now installed and producing as promised! Jacob answered all my questions and provided a competitive and fair price.
But the key to dealing with a Solar Sales consultant is the quality of their installation team. Jacob uses the best!

They had to adapt to some local restrictions and roof placements and did the job quick and very well. Most impressive was the electrical / city inspection. In roughly 50 years having 5 houses, 2 pools, 2 additions, and 3 other major projects inspected, this was the ONLY construction project with ZERO DEFECTS. Max Sales (really his name) the Master Electrician who subcontracts for Barry Thompson is outstanding.
