Reviews of local pros in Fulshear, Texas

Went above and beyond to clean all of my windows inside and out! Even a very difficult area above a patio extension. My windows look brand new! Ted was very thorough and friendly! Highly recommend!

Very friendly, very professional, always quick, very hard workers. They always leave my house clean and smelling fresh, never get tired of patronizing them.

Spic and Span is amazing.

The cleaning team were punctual and professional. Did an excellent job in cleaning our house and windows at a good price. Will highly recommend them for cleaning services.

Spic & Span cleaned our exterior windows and did a great job. He was timely, thorough, professional and very reasonably priced. We will definitely use him next time.

I would not recommend using this company. They canceled their original appointment and rescheduled for four days later. When they showed up they didn’t have any of their own cleaning supplies including no vacuum or mop. The ladies were nice but didn’t speak any English and couldn’t communicate. We were quoted $350 for a deep cleaning. They didn’t even clean the kitchen counters! Two days after they cleaned, we received a text with a link to pay. They billed us $378. I explained all this to the owner and his response was “thank you”. No apology. No offer to bill us the correct amount (or even a discounted amount as one might expect). Don’t use this company -very unprofessional.

Very professional and thorough service. I was contacted by Ted who came out that day to give me a quote. He then sent two women to my house to do the actual cleaning. When they were done with each section of the house they asked that I check to ensure it was up to my expectations. When they were done Ted came back to the house to do a final inspection before I was billed. Each person was very conscientious, courteous and professional. They did a great job and I will use them again.

After seeing my neighbor use the Spic and Span Cleaning Services, I decided to give them a shot. I called the number on sign posted in the yard and talked with Ted. He gave me a quote and set up a date/time to come clean my windows. They did an awesome job and I will be using them in the future to do maintenance. I highly recommend Spic and Span Cleaning Services.

When Ted was done - my windows were so clean, clear and beautiful. He also cleaned out all of the window screens and took his time to do it right. I was very happy with the quality of his service as well as the great camaraderie and openness by which Ted operates. He is like a breath of fresh air...really. You will not be disappointed. CP

Spin and Spac cleaning services are outstanding! Their residential cleaning and window washing services are top-notch. The team is always punctual, thorough, and professional. My home has never looked better. I highly recommend them!

I live out in the country between Simonton and Wallis, so it was challenging for me to find house cleaning services. However I was able to find Spic and Span and they were willing to come out and do my house. Ted responded immediately to my inquiry and got me set up for a time and day. He was very responsive and told me upfront what all they would do, how much it would cost, and who would be cleaning my house. The ladies did an excellent job! They worked very hard, were very thorough, and spent most of the day at my house doing a deep clean. I would definitely hire these people again. In fact, I will probably have them start coming regularly so my house will stay clean!

I rent a Room and have to share a bathroom with 3 different people, I contacted them to clean the bathroom and they left it so clean! I am extremely happy with the results. I highly recommend them and will be using their services again!

Spic and Span just finished cleaning the exterior of all our windows. In addition, every window track was vacuumed out and wiped clean. We were truly pleased with the attention to detail and effort put forth by the Spic and Span personnel throughout the two hours onsite at our home. We highly recommend Spic and Span for any window or house cleaning needs you may have at your home!

Spic and Span did a fabulous job of cleaning our home! We have been too busy to pay attention to the house, and it really needed help. These sweet people were delightful and hard working, even singing as they worked. Everything was spotless when they left! We had them deep clean the entire house and wash windows inside/ outside. It looks like a new house!

Super reliable and professional company! I have used their services for several months now and they always do a great job. Very good pricing.
