He went above and beyond to ensure everything was working perfectly. We had a previous technician come out who rushed the job and didn’t take the time to really help — even after I took time off work to meet them. I contacted Assist Appliance and they got back to me that day. Max came out and replaced our disposal and fixed a belt on our dryer. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It was also done at a very fair price. I have used them before and highly recommend them for your appliance repairs.

Great service. I’ve had Max out to repair microwave a couple of times (because I can’t find a replacement) due to a faulty circuit board and he’s very knowledgeable and quick. Very reasonably priced.

Outstanding service! Akim responded immediately and scheduled a technician the next morning. Daria arrived promptly, removed her shoes, and got right to work. This was not her first rodeo - she is very knowledgeable. She wasted no time in quickly diagnosing the problem, providing a fair estimate and told me she'd return after lunch with the replacement part. She kept in touch while away and had my 9 year old dishwasher working like new again! Highly recommended!

Max was exceptionally competent and knowledgeable in his repair of my washer this afternoon. He completed the actuator repair in a short amount of time, re-calibrated my washer, and leveled the unit on the floor. They came the next day to repair my Jennair oven. The design makes it very hard to work on--nothing is accessible, but they did not give up. They stuck with it and got it up and running. Definitely would recommend.

You know how when you have a repairman, you never quite know what you’re getting. Well, with this company you CAN know you are getting the real deal. I’ve never found anything Max wasn’t fully knowledgeable about. He’s worked on my fridge and gas range and even when I thought I knew what was wrong he showed me what was REALLY wrong. First class service. Just can’t say enough good things about them.
