Service tech Adam did a great job repairing our dishwasher. Knowledgeable, fast service, and courteous. Highly recommend.

We are very happy with the repairs made to our washing machine by Assist Appliance. Max came out quickly and identified the problem. He gave us a price for the service before the work was done. He ordered the needed parts and fixed the issues we were having with the spin cycle. Max was very courteous and efficient. He explained what was wrong with our machine and completed the work in less than an hour. It has been three weeks since the repair was made, and our washer is running smoothly. The price charged for the repairs seems fair. We would recommend Assist Appliance to anyone needing appliance repairs.

Service was good but parts and labor high. Part online was $69 and provider charged $120 for a used part. Then he took the used part that he took off of the frig. Probably will sell it to the next customer. 20 minutes of work.

Excellent service. They came the same day I put in the work request. They fixed my broken dishwasher handle quickly and at a fair price. Highly recommend.

Texted this company around 2pm today, got a response from them within 3-5 minutes, texted info about my appliance, got an answer immediately. The technician, Aman , arrived at 3:35 and my appliance was fixed at 4:15. Aman was amazing and polite, explained everything he did. Will use this company again.

Assist appliance installed by Garbage disposer in the past and installed the hose connecting the garbage disposer to dishwasher incorrectly. A high loop for a dishwasher is when the drain hose is routed to form a high, upside-down "U" shape under the sink and secured to the underside of the cabinet or countertop. This is done to prevent dirty sink water or garbage disposal waste from backing up into the dishwasher.

THIS CAUSED DIRTY WATER TO COLLECT IN THE DISHWASHER. ASSIST APPLIANCE CAME BACK AND FIXED THEIR MISTAKE BY DOING A HIGH LOOP. BUT CHARGED ME $160 FOR IT STATING THAT IT WAS BEYOND THE WARRANTY PERIOD. I AM DISAPPOINTED WITH THEM BEING A LONG TERM CUSTOMER THAT THEY WONT FIX AN IMPROPER INSTALLATION DONE BY THEM.

THE ONLY CHANGE THEY DID FROM OLD PICTURE (BLUE LINE) CORRECTED TO PINK LINE (WITH HIGH LOOP). CLEARLY IT IS AN INSTALLATION MISTAKE

THEY DENIED INSTALLING THE GARBAGE DISPOSER FIRST. AFTER PROVIDING THE PROOF OF INSTALLATION, THEY SAID ITS PAST THE WARRANTY.

I WILL NOT BE USING THEM ANYMORE.

Max solved a frosting problem with the freezer. 95% of the problem fixed first trip. Warranties his work. Made second trip to hopefully completely stop the frost. Highly recommended.

Max provided excellent service. The condenser fan had fallen off from the back of the refrigerator. Max placed the fan back into place and wouldn't leave until the condenser/fan were up and running again. Also, the ice tray was leaking because it had broken. Max picked up the part and replaced the tray.

Max was so kind and came right out to help with my washer will definitely use them again fixed my ice maker washing machine and also my Viking stove!!! They are so amazing!!!! Very honest

Our double oven had a malfunction. Max, the technician, analyzed the problem, repaired the malfunction, and checked the oven to be sure it was functioning. All very quickly, professionally, and explained the difficulty. When I need appliance repair again, Assist will be my first call! Job well done!!

This is the second time (also used to repair my refrigerator in June, 2024—still running good) I have used Max, with Assist Appliance. Both times it was clear he knew what he was doing, was very proficient both times, and was able to save me buying new appliances both times. Highly recommend him based on my two experiences. BTW, he was on time; something you do not always get with appliance repair services.

The most professional technician arrived at my home and kept the price at the minimum while providing the service at the maximum. I have a new fridge with no ice or water service, Max looked at it and found the problem at no additional charge. Max was friendly, helpful and a true pro. I was charged nothing extra because he was so honest and professional that no parts were needed and he didn’t offer any unnecessary items to boost up the bill.
