I had the pleasure of meeting Max, the technician who came out to service one of our units in the Montrose area. Max was incredibly informative, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. He not only fixed the tenant's dishwasher but also discovered that the disposal was not functioning due to the plugged outlet under the sink by the garbage disposal. We had no idea! Max took the time to ensure it was plugged in correctly and even went outside to reset the breaker to verify that was the issue before advising us on potential outlet repairs.

I saw them listed on Nextdoor due to positive reviews. Fast response to my inquiry on a Saturday. They were here in about 2 hours, which was shocking for a weekend. My service technician, Aman, was great. Didn’t try to upsell me and showed me the broken part on my 25 year old Kenmore. Nice guy and very friendly. Will definitely call them again if I need appliance repair.

This is the second time I’ve had repairs done. They repaired my washer and now addressed noises that my Dryer was making. They were completely professional, discussed everything with me, showed me everything that they were doing. They are very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job and the price was less than I would have expected. They took the entire machine apart, cleaned it,checked everything in it made some adjustments and only charged me for coming out since nothing needed to be replaced. They’re very responsive when I reach out and did a really good job. The techs that have come to my house were professional, knowledgeable and very nice. I highly recommend this company.

Aman did an amazing job coming out at the scheduled time, he quickly diagnosed the problem and got everything back together on the dryer and it only took him 40 minutes. The electricians worked to add two outlets to my patio roof in order to get motorized shades. They were able to bring electricity without any unsightly cords or pipes and were able to run the wires on top of my existing ceiling to create two new outlets. So the result is very professional and looks like the home was built this way. I am very happy with the completed job.

I had a faulty washer and dryer circuit, breaker keeps tripping, the guys showed up, diagnosed the issue, gave me a quote, and worked with me on a reasonable scale. He told me he would go grab parts for repairs, and will be back within 45mins. He returned within time window as promised and had my breaker replaced within 15 mins, and made sure everything was up and running! Victor was very kind and knowledgeable. I had an issue with my dishwasher and was expecting it to be an electrical issue due to the history of problems I have had with it. He thoroughly checked all electrical connections and all possible electrical problems it could be, concluding it was the dishwasher. He didn’t try and take my money or suggest I try any unnecessary electrical updates, and thoroughly explained all he checked. I would highly recommend Victor and will reach out to him in the future if I need an electrician again.

I have used VA electrical services on multiple occasions and they have always provided prompt and very professional services.
