Josh, Allen, and their team did a phenomenal job identifying all problematic areas and providing multiple options to resolve the cooling issue we were facing. We had previously replaced our coils, but this time, they went above and beyond by not only replacing the two Lennox coils but also the plenum boxes, which made a significant difference in the quality of the work. Despite the challenges of working in our very tight attic space, they performed exceptionally well. They also discovered that the issue with our dampers, which several other repair companies had suggested needed replacement, was actually due to the controller board. Their quote was the most reasonable out of the three we received. With Josh, Allen, and the team at Castle A/C & Heating, you get knowledgeable, experienced professionals you can trust—something rare these days. The entire process was smooth and stress-free.

Technician was nice and seemed competent . Was quoted price of. $119 by the office staff over the phone when I called to ask what an ac annual checkout would cost. Final cost was $208. Technician stated he would talk to the office staff about it.

Just had a visit from Allen Penney for my spring air conditioning inspection as part of my service plan. As usual, he was on time, efficient, and carefully inspected both my systems. They were all working well due to past service and installations by Josh and Allen. I have been using Castle Air since the late 1970s when the company was owned by Josh Cartwright's uncle before Josh took over the company. They are great people, and we have always been pleased with their timely service, advice, and the value and longevity of the equipment they have installed (usually Carrier). Josh has also been very helpful over the phone with simple technical and software issues that I could solve myself. They certainly deserve a five star rating.
