The guys came immediately and identified the problem gave me several solutions and different price points and helped me make a very intelligent decision to get our cooling system back online within a matter of minutes and then also established a longer-term plan for the future. The guys were clean professional and prompt and I will never ever hesitate to call them again!

PHI made our bad AC/Heat unit a pleasant experience. They came out ASAP and got us taken care of. If you want a great trust worthy company to work with, then give them a shot. We will never use another company again! They are truly the best at their trade.

Our AC to our 2nd level stopped working around 2pm. I Called PHI who does maintenance 2x a year for heat and AC. They had someone to the house by 4pm that same day. Fantastic technichian went beyond to get it fixed. This is a company that I trust.

Called to get a second opinion after getting an $2000 estimate from another company. They were able to identify the problem. Which turned out to be something else entirely. It wasn’t a cheap fix but they did save me $1000. Had I went with the other company, it would not have fixed the problem and it would have cost me even more. They did a great job!!

PHI tech diagnosed problem quickly and was very detailed in his explaining of everything. He was courteous and cleaned up his worksite. Another good tech visit. We hope the last before our semi-annual systems check.

They were responsive and helpful from the first time I called. They walked me through things I could try to troubleshoot the problem. When nothing else worked they made a priority to get a guy out to my house even though the snow and ice was horrible out. With all the calls they got, they made sure to let me know when they could be there and texted me with any updates.

When the tech got here he looked at all the items needed to find out the problem got up in the attic and zeroed in on the problem very quickly. He called immediately to see if parts were available and put them on hold for us and then went and got them. He came back shortly and installed everything. As for clean it looked as though he was never here he took all the old parts and cleaned up everything. Then he just waited and checked out to make sure the vents were putting out appropriate heat.

I know during the storm they are flooded with calls but they were attentive polite and very informative and never promised more than they could deliver. They made a point to get us back with heat. They were fair with prices and their service was second to none.

I would recommend them to anybody needing air or heat work. They go above and beyond

This company is a gem of a find. I had asked them to come as a second opinion from the initial company I called, (1st Class Heat and Air).
This first company assured me the Freon level was fine. That the Freon type I had was the very expensive kind. That the coil in one of the units was bad and I had an option of a $4,950 repair or an $8,000 replacement.
PHI Heat and Air came and found the unit was very low on the less expensive kind of Freon. Chris (highly skilled professional) quickly charged the system, added dye to identify any leaks, and the system recovered immediately and is running great two weeks later.
He charged me a few hundred dollars and assured me the coil or system doesn’t need replaced. Also, followed up with a courtesy call to ensure all is working well. I’m so impressed!!
So good to find competent, honest, customer focused businesses.

Our AC system froze up and stopped working. PHI sent Dylan out in a reasonable time and he found the problem. After 15 years of use, the blower fan shifted due to a couple of stripped sheet metal crews. He remedied the situation and tested the entire system which now works great. The cost was reasonable and Dylan was super helpful and professional.

I use PHI for several AV units.

Derrick showed to the house early. He was professional , polite, and personal. He took the time to show me possible future issues and reviewed general maintenance points that would assist with those issues. All of this service for a fair and reasonable price. Thanks again.

PHI Heat and Air is a great company to work with. They got out to our home same day. Dylan and Jimmy were fantastic. Ran full diagnostics on our system. Explained everything each step of the way. Definitely recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs.

I was recently in a bad wreck close to their business. When I needed a place for my car until I could get it towed (I don’t live in the area) a Gainesville policeman said he would ask them if it could stay there for now and that they were super nice people. Not only did they let me, they had me park it where it wouldn’t get locked in by a gate. They unlocked their doors after closing so I could use their restroom, and Scott just wanted to be sure I was ok. When the tow truck couldn’t come until the following Monday, they let me leave it parked there the whole weekend , and Scott even called me to let me know when the tow truck was on its way. I don’t live in the area to use their business, but this is the type of people I would always want to do business with, and I hope others in the area would want to use them because they are SUCH good people, which usually means they are good business people as well. They came out and inspected and repaired several issues I had with my 3 systems in our home. The tech Derek, was excellent at explaining what was needed, and thoroughly checked all units, even finding an issue caused by a poor install by another company. I highly recommend these guys, good work, and good communication.

Great company and people! I have used PHI for my HVAC needs for many years. It finally came time to replace my whole system. Dylan came right out to provide an estimate, he was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction.
There were no surprises on the day of install. The gentlemen who performed the install worked extremely fast and efficient. They used tarps to protect my floor, installed everything exactly the way it was described to me at the estimate. Joe (I think) showed me how to use the new system and ensured it was functioning well before he left.
100% satisfied and will continue to use PHI in the future.

The communication was excellent! I was made aware of the time frame of arrival, and Dylan was right on time. He did a great job of servicing all the A/C units, plus we had an issue with temperature, which Dylan realized was caused by the air intake vent being blocked. Good job, Dylan! We were happy with the entire experience, and highly recommend PHI Heat & Air.

From the start I could tell this was a company based on honesty! They were able to pull my warranty info with Carrier and utilize that towards my service.

Derrick was great! He explained the entire situation from start to finish and make sure I was taken care of the same day.

Last week my a/c went out in this heat. I have 2 elderly parents who live with me on oxygen so they can't be in the heat for to long without issues. I called them around 2 pm they sent someone out by 330pm that day. He got us diagnosed and up and running immediately. Very efficient work and happy with Justin who came out that day! I will continue to use them in the future. They did have to order a part but he got it running until the part came in and communication was on point and so was pricing.

Great service and a smooth overall experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality and professionalism!
