I recommend this company ,I had two technicians check out my ac and they’ve worked on it very fast . They are very forward with describing the issues . The price was fair and I will definitely have them on my contract for an emergency on the future run .

Inspected everything and even told me about what possibly could fail. Went through part warranty for me, had them go ahead and replace the part as I didn't want to be without heat in the winter. Affordable bi-yearly inspection plan, Technician was knowledgeable and was able to replace the part in a few minutes. Great team, highly recommend

Contacted PHI by text message and had a response extremely fast. They were out the next day and diagnosed our issues quickly. Just completed the repair and our system is back to normal. Some slob showed up 30 minutes late and left us a nice surprise. Was rude to my wife when she asked if he needed anything. While she waited for his response a few moments later he said “you know this is going to take a while.”

Didn’t even take the time to open up the unit to inspect coils, saw a little rust and said it need’s total replacement.

I’ve gotten 2 quotes from other companies that with his report without even coming out we’re $5800 and $6000...

Not to mention, he walked in on my brother (who was naked) using the restroom.
