One of the worst appliance repairs I've ever worked with. The staff is snappy, don't know what they're talking about, and rude to all customers. Anywhere else would be a better choice than this place.
You did indeed service me and my name is literally two letters on here, so how would you even be able to find a service request with just that? Attempting to accuse real reviews of being in a cohort with whoever "Renee Zhang" is just shows your asinine company's attitude and inability to accept responsibility when receiving constructive criticism. FIX YOUR ATTITUDES BEFORE RESPONDING.
