Beyond Frustrated with this company.
I had an HVAC System installed by Milestone when I bought my house a few years ago. Since the install, I have had to have approximately 15 service/warranty calls to fix issues from the install including multiple steps of the install being skipped. I recently had another warranty call for another issue with this system and 3 weeks later I now have no air conditioning. After calling in and speaking with the after hours representative, I was told the earliest they could get somebody to take a look at this is 4 days from now leaving me with no air conditioning for 4 days. Every time they come out there's another problem and they all stem from the system not being installed correctly from the start.

I have an old HVAC system (R22) which is over 18yrs old. The tech that arrived was very knowledgeable and professional. And didn't mind me looking over his shoulder while he worked. But overall, Milestone was the only company that responded to my urgent need to have AC, on a Sunday and on FATHERS DAY! I expected that I wouldn't even get someone out until the weekday, but they took care of everything on a day everyone is closed, and on a holiday! And when done, I received a full report with all details, photos, etc. The tech was also honest with me about the systems and why things are the way they are. That honesty is hard to find and I appreciate that kind of personality. All my prior company techs when I have had issues, have never been honest enough to be truthful about everything, and never really fixed anything as they used bandaids. Milestone actually replaced the failed part that kept causing other smaller issues. TOTALLY WORTH THE EXTRA $$ for service like this!

Jordan was a true professional and very polite he took the time to go over all the issues he found and the options to replace or repair them in order of importance. I would recommend him and milestones to anyone needing plumbing service. Oh yes he took the time to cover his shoes to make sure not track dirt in the house .awesome job and a happy customer.
