About the business:
This all started by rescuing old Macs and getting them out to people who needed them via Internet bulletin board systems. I moved from there to auction sites in the late 90s. I worked nights and sold computer parts by day from home. After 63 computers in the house, I started renting space, and we became one of the top 500 ebay sellers in the world. We grew in size from 1500 sq. ft. to 50000 sq. ft. in just 5 years. We learned traditional recycling methods along the way and now handle all the electronics recycling for several cities in the region.
