Roofing & Gutters reviews in Garland, Texas

Thanks!

They do good work but it toke forever to complete the jobs.

Great service all around. From the initial inspection to getting the job done quickly. Thank You!

Great company! Quality work, fast, worked with insurance. Can't say enough good things!

I used them for my own roof at our house and had a really great experience. They were timely, efficient and professional.

Absolute MIRACLE WORKERS.

I had to remove a chimney that was just badly placed and was causing problems, and I was also on a time crunch. Of the 5 contractors I called, they were the only ones who even showed up.

I called and spoke with Jeanette, the real person, who answered me on my first call. I could instantly tell that she heard the urgency I was conveying - it's so rare to feel like you are really being listened to, especially by people who think their job is just to be an answering machine.

I called them at, I believe, 3:00 PM on Tuesday. By 4:30, Donna and Ethan had already arrived, and had the measurements within 15 mins. Donna blew my mind when she stepped 2 steps up a ladder and identified my shingles by product number - WOW!

They said I would get a quote shortly, which I honestly did not believe given that I had 4 other quotes scheduled and none of the others had even measured yet. Well, just before 6 PM, I received a very affordable bid (no rush-gouging!) and a promise to complete the work the following morning.

Sure enough, they arrived (early! A+!!) and the demo started exactly on time. Absolutely everyone who came out were just good, salt of the earth people - like people you've known your whole life, ya know?

Anyway, I came back out at around 12:30 to see how it was going and it was DONE. LESS THAN 24 HOURS AFTER I CALLED!!!

I'm putting pictures here because it's hard to believe there was a chimney there at all. The work was thorough and flawless, and my original salespeople even came back to quality check the work.

People who are true to their word are very rare, especially in this field. I am so impressed that I might never have to break my back again doing things others should do while I wait on call backs.

Maybe I just got lucky, maybe they won't be as available when you call, but let me tell you what: once they get there, you'll have a miracle too.

Good company and they do good work. However, two items were less than optimal. First, their scheduling was not accommodating. Second and the reason why my rating is not 5 stars is their gutter crew was very sloppy and did not pick up nails/screws and now 2 of my 3 vehicles have nails in tires. Hard to prove it was their fault but going with the phrase, "where there's smoke, there's fire".

I highly recommend them for any project but also recommend you demand a PM to arrive at the end of each day to check work and clean up (nails/screws everywhere).

Totalmente recomendable

Excelente trabajo, muy amable y responsables. 100 % recomendado

Great work

Best price I could find after having 3 different companies give me quotes - he didn’t try to sell me on anything extra and was straight foward with pricing which I appreciated. Fast and dependable I for sure recommend!

Amazing work by Reza. Got her super quickly and did a great job repairing our fence. Would highly recommend.

Our roof here in Plano was over 20 years old and has been thoroughly abused. After doing extensive research on the best roofers in Texas, I was grateful to locate firewheel roofers. Khurram and his father are an amazing team. You know how frustrating it can be if you call a contractor and they don't answer or text back? These guys respond immediately every time and answer any question you may have. I can't say enough about how great the process was working with them. They never complained or said anything squirrely like - well that's not part of the agreement. If you live in Dallas or Fort Worth, please give all of your fencing and roofing business to these guys. They are amazing.

Firewheel Roofing did fantastic job on my roof, gutters, and fence. Very professional, organized and left no mess. I will definitely call them again when I need repairs.

Thank you firewheel roofing for fixing our roof last week! These guys are exceptional! We called them on Sunday evening for help, their team was here Monday morning (in Lavon,TX), and they were done before Monday evening!!! They are reliable, professional, punctual, and they leave you worry-free!

They installed a new roof on my house due to storm damage I had. they did a really good job and in a timely manner. they cleaned up the area when finished. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or just a repair

They repaired a backyard fence that had been damaged from pool demolition. Extremely professional crew from top to bottom. Paid great attention to detail and were very flexible in plan changes including switching stain color at the last minute. Highly recommend them!

Excellent company!! I’ve had bad experiences with other companies taking half of my money upfront.

And then never showing up again! This company is very professional, sweet, great work, good quality and always on time!! We are very pleased by the job they provided us. I will always use them again in the future.

I highly recommend them. Loved it!!
