Swimming Pool reviews in Garland, Texas

We will shout the praises of Santorini Pools to anyone who will listen! My family of 5 was BLESSED to meet Elaine with Santorini Pools just last week, our pool had gone unserviced for 3 weeks and had already gone green and grown algae (our old pool guy left us high and dry and moved away) , spring is here and kids want to swim and summer is coming soon and with just with 2 to 3 visits they have transformed it back to new and blue!

Her customer service and attention to detail and communication has been white glove service! She has been transparent and worked with us an did not pressure us into anything like all other people who gave us quotes were trying to, Elaine understood what we wanted and needed and has blown our expectations out of the water literally! We are so happy to call ourselves new Santorini Pool customers for life and thank you for being great neighbors!!!

Absolutely amazing experience with Elaine!! Very professional and great service!!

This company has taking my pool since last year. They always kind and professional their work. I love this company.

I no longer even think about pool cleaning and maintenance now that I found this knowledgeable and courteous service

The service from Santorini pools is exceptional. They are knowledgeable, very professional and very competitive with the cost of their services. I have no reservations giving them my recommendation.

Always show up and take care of my pool . My pool now always shine and blue like the ocean . You won't go wrong getting Santorini Pool company . This company don't try to get rich on any repairs and quick service.
Thanks alot !

Absolutely great pool cleaning service. Very friendly and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and everyone looking for a professional pool cleaning service. My pool was a mess and now it looks a million times better. I really enjoyed the five star service!

Santorini pools have really saved my pool. My pool was losing its normal readings, I had tried some other companies to balance its acidity and alkanity all to no avail until I met Ms. Elaine. My pool's readings are now on point. Thank you, Santorini pools.

Excellent service! I’ve been using Santorini Pools for my filter cleaning and repairs for the last couple years. They are always very quick to send someone out as soon as I report any issue and their pricing is very competitive. Strongly recommend them!

Elaine Santorini’s Green to Clean service does EXACTLY what it promises! My pool’s filter broke and it took four weeks to get it repaired through a warranty. That coupled with the relentless rain, storms, and fallen leaves left my pool a disgusting dark green for the first time ever. I tried to get it clear myself, but only succeeded in wasting a lot of money. Elaine mapped out a plan for getting the pool back in usable form and it happened exactly as promised and for an incredibly reasonable cost. She is exceptionally hardworking, a great communicator, a professional, and just an all-around superb human. I give Santorini Pools my highest recommendation!

I called them to clean my pool that had turned green and she use chemicals and vacuumed the algae and nastiness out, clean my filter and paid her $435 plus $165 in advance for the first month, two weeks later pool is looking green again and she stopped answering my texts or calls, I don't appreciate her being so RUDE. I had to pay other company to clean the filter again and do the process again.

I can't say enough good things about Santorini Pools and the incredible job they do at maintaining my pool. For the last few months now, they’ve been keeping my pool sparkling clean and crystal clear, and I'm so grateful for her hard work and dedication.

Best cleaning I have ever had, with a great price to match the quality of service. She clear with what is happening and what she will be doing. Detailed information about what went into the pool, always easy to talk to and get a hold of. She worth her price and she’s even goes above and beyond with her customers service. Please just try her out your self and you will see the what I am talking about.
(Edit: previous post seemed to be taken down)

We have used several pool companies over the years, all with very disappointing service. We found Santorini Pools a few months ago and couldn't be happier. Elaine is very communicative, knowledgeable and on top of things. We highly recommend her to anybody looking for their pool serviced, she won't disappoint!

Elaine has been doing our pool since last year. She is amazing. I love that she texts me every time she is there with details on the treatments to the pool and recommendations if needed. She is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Elaine does an incredible job on our pool. I did my own for 7 years until finally deciding to hire someone this year. Couldn’t be happier. The pool is always in great shape despite the heavy tree coverage of our yard. She also sends a really informative text after each cleaning with details on what the readings were and what chemicals she used.

Great service at a wonderful price.

Santorini pools is a great service! Elaine keeps our pool looking good and ready for whenever the kids and I want to jump in. We tried maintaining it ourselves but that was very stressful. She comes in once a week and makes it look easy! From cleaning and keeping the water balanced to fixing whatever goes wrong with the equipment it’s all taken care of! At the end of every visit she gives me numbers and keeps me updated.
Thanks so much for your consistency! Our pool always looks great!

Santorini Pools has the integrity I've been looking for in pool service. They were very clear about what to expect from their service and quick to address all my concerns regarding equipment issues.
Been with them now for a little over a year and very happy with their quality of cleaning.

Absolutely wonderful; the best. I happened to see Ms. Elaine driving around in her car with her business number and decided to give it a try. It was the best decision. She’s nice, considerate, takes photos and gives updates on your pool. She’s turn my ugly green pool into a beautiful clear normal pool, and has been coming weekly since.

Thank you, Ms. Elaine!

Elaine of Santorini Pools has been cleaning my pool for almost a year. I am thrilled with her most efficient, timely, dedicated and professional pool cleaning and needed maintenance . I would highly recommend Santorini Pools and know it will measure up to the highest expectations.
